Had to work with them because my warranty company contracts them. Left them over 4 VM between Sunday and Tuesday. Horrible communication once I did get a hold of someone, wanted to give me a 4 hour window on a Friday. I asked for them to narrow it to a specific time because I will be taking time off work, girl I spoke to was rude, uninterested and not willing to help.

Worst customer service in the industry. They never return phone calls nor do they pick up half the time. They lie over the phone when they don't know the answer. I feel sorry for the plumbers that work for this company. They continuously walk into issues before they get to the customers house. Would never use again nor would I suggest you have your home warranty use this as well.

If i could i would give this company no stars I WOULD! Every time this company has to come out to service anything they never have the right tools or parts to fix anything. They are always late and when you call to complain you can never get a hold of the manager Marlene and when you finally get to speak with her she is very rude. Warranty companies should not continue to send out this company on jobs, they don't deserve the work they are getting through warranty companies.

DO NOT USE THEM.
There were assigned by the home warranty company and it took them two days to get on-site to fix a leak in the bathroom. The ""plumber"" came, did not fix the issue - actually made it worse, and said they would come back to complete - no call, no show.

When trying to schedule them to return I was told the project was ""completed"" in their system and I needed to call the home warranty company to have them request another visit. I asked them to schedule for later that day while I called the home warranty co. and they said they would not until they received confirmation of a new work order.

***If your warranty company tries to assign them to you demand another plumber.***

Do not hire this company. Be warned! Terrible customer service and does not adhere to service contracts, I.e. with other service providers as insurance claim

I had a drain issue in my tub and my home warranty company set Abe's Plumbing my ticket. I was a little skeptical at first due to the reviews but I was desperate. I was told I was going to get a call 30 minutes prior to my tech showing up. I didn't get the courtesy (minus 1 star) call but they were early for my appointment. Rob was the tech, I told him the issue and he fixed it with if 15 minutes. He wore a mask and shoe covers, which is perfect since no shoes are worn in my house. He even informed me there was a 30 day warranty. I was happy with his work and great customer service.

If your home warranty assigns you Abe's plumbing push back on that, do NOT let them touch your property.

I was assigned this trash plumbing company (Abe's Plumbing main office out of Lake Elsinore through a home warranty company.

Abe's technician did not do a decent job at connecting the supply lines to the water heater. My water heater is located outside in the driveway within it's own enclosed storage area.

Upon completing the work I came home from work and the new lines where all brand new the tech installed so I assumed it was food to go. Turns out there has been a small leak from where the tech put that white sealing tape which has been slowly dripping going unnoticed for months.

After my roommate sees a trickle of water coming down from the water heater storage there I open the compartment and it's a steady slow trickle of water from the line the technician installed.

I called numerous times to get some help and there customer service rep Marlene who very rude throughout each conversation. She beat around the bush and avoided my calls to buy her employer time to decide on what they would do. I sent them photos and they came back to me with it's a defective water heater.

The water heater is working and the trickle of water is coming from the like the technician installed. Truly a piece of shit company and trash employees.

My home warranty assigned Abe's plumbing.
My toilet was having a running water issue. After the technician came he said he wasn't sure if the valve's were covered. And the valve didn't look faulty. Then what was the issue causing the running water? \It seems the company does not want to do any fixing service. They want to report back everything as not covered or impossible to fix so they can simply collect the service call fee. What a scam

My insurance company, American Home Shield called them because I reported a water heater problem. Abe's man suggested replacing the water heater instead of fixing the problem. OK. But 1) they charged me $500 out of pocket for moving pipes (but the piped stayed the same) and 2) they dragged the water heater over the new floor scratching all over. They damage they caused exceeds the value of the new water heater. The total time spent from arrival to departure was 28minutes. Given my out of pocket expenses ($500), that is more than $1000/hr. On top of that they were paid by the insurance for the hardware and installation. Here is a video of the guy dragging the water heater. He did the same inside the house https://camio.com/c/f1uaywp0g4qo

Home Warranty assigned this horrible company to handle my claim. First, they never called me to set up an appointment and I could not reach anyone at the number provided. I had to contact my warranty company and complain and surprise I received a call within the hour. Finally got a guy out and explained the issue. He said he would need to use a camera to see what was causing the stoppage in the pipe. He had to get approval from warranty which seemed odd but what do I know. He said it would take a few hours and he would be back. Never came back so I called the office and the lady had no idea what I was talking about. An hour later I receive a call from warranty that my claim was denied because the contractor reported roots in the pipes which is not covered. ROOTS!!! This guy spent less than five minutes in my livingroom. He did stick his head in the bathroom but didn't turn on the light. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs for fraud. Cancelling my warranty policy because First American cares more about its contractors than the consumer. If I were you I would just wade in sewage before allowing this company in my home.
