I called them as they were referred by my Home Warranty Company. When calling the phone does not allow you to get through much of the time. Plumber came timely once I got through. He was unable to fix leak in faucet as I had taken it off prior to him coming. He told me no worries he would not charge me and offered to fix through company at a fee. I was concerned because of the bad reviews but was told by receptionist that he was good ""that is their other plumbers"" I hired him and he did do a good job replacing faucets at $150 each but then got Bill from homeowners for initial service call. When I called back receptionist was very rude and I spoke to Bob who said he meant he would not charge me for the service call THAT day but of course the home warranty company would. I asked that they make good and replace another faucet minus the $85 service charge since he mislead me and he and the receptionist said they won't do business with me and hung up. Lesson learned trust the reviews and don't use home warranty companies slimmy

One of the worst Plumbing companies you will ever see, No prompt response, All-time rude response. I would urge all the people to never choose this company, Abe's plumbing showed up for two service calls 5 months apart. Worst creatures

Abes Plumbing replaced our leaking water heater through our home warranty and did a horrible job! First, he damaged the brand new water heater when he placed it into a drip pan that was the wrong size and too small for the size of the water heater. The lip of the drip pan hits the front cover and dial of the WH and actually bent the casing of the water heater. Also, after he finished, I had to call then back and report a gas leak. They did respond and tightened up the valves. The smell is still there and I believe it is coming from the damage he caused on the front panel. I am now waiting for a reply from Abes to make this right!!!

Our home warranty arranged them to come. The young technician didn't bring booties to wear over his shoes on my carpet. He told me he had to break the drain cover to snake the drain instead of just removing it and made he sign a waiver that he's not responsible if he breaks it! He did break it and then he said he was going to his truck to get another battery for the snake abs he just left! I have a huge mess to clean up and he never finished the job! I called the company and they never called me back! HORRIBLE SERVICE and actually no service! Never use these scanners

He is just trying to take your money! First American Warranty send him to fix my water boiler. He didn't even look at it just said its old, needs replacement. I called because I couldn't get the pilot light on. He told insurance ""pre existing condition, water leak"". So insurance said it wasn't covered. There was no water leak and that wasn't what he was called for. I told insurance perhaps they should look at better contractors not lazy ones because they are making insurance look bad. I canceled my contract. If you have first American, they give you an option, DO NOT USE THIS PLUMER! He just wants your money.

As the reviews said, worst plumber ever. Do not call them. They plumber showed up, said it was broken and that he had to make a phone call. Never returned after the phone call and left the door wide open. Not to mention that the plumber showed up at the door without his mask on like the pandemic didn't exist.

Abe's Plumbing is the worst plumber I've ever had. I had to use them through home warranty and I basically forced First American to assign me a new plumber. First of all above their work , they are sexist and misogynistic. The plumber treated my wife night and day different than myself. He was short, rude, impatient against my wife but when he saw me, he acted like we were best friends. Second, he was so rough with my toilet that while fixing one part, he caused another issue that continued causing my toilet to leak. The new leak he created extended the drying process and pushed my rebuild back another 3 weeks. It was extremely frustrating and the only way they were nice to me on the phone was when First American would call them directly to call me. I really hope First American reconsiders doing business with this plumber....

Same as other terrible reviews, sent to us via American First Warranty. A month later problem with garbage disposal still not fixed this company are a complete joke. Do not use them for anything.

You've heard the story before. These bums were sent from First American Warranty. I rue the day that the seller of my new home bought this policy. They refused to send another plumber.

Abe's plumbing showed up for two service calls 5 months apart. The first time was for a clogged drain and mixed hot/cold water lines. They took one look at both and said ""sorry we can't fix it. "" I was dumbfounded. They left and I ended up fixing the problems myself which took an untrained guy 2 hours.

Second call 4 months later, water heater thermostat failed. Called First American who sent these jokers again. Same EXACT THING. Showed up, took one look at my Kenmore heater and said, sorry we don't service it. Then they proceeded to stall and not send a report to First American so that they couldn't send me a more competent plumber.

2 x $85 service calls down the drain. Abe's Plumbing sucks. They're a scam to collect the service fee and not fix anything. First American sucks for using them and not sending a new plumber.
