Worst customer service ever! Incompetent plummers and staffs!! If I can give them a negative 5 stars not just 0 but negative in front of the number I would!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! First American Home Warranty sent these guys out to fix a leaky toilet. They fixed the toilet, or so I thought.. Just outside of the 30 day warranty, the toilet started leaking again. I called them up, and they basically told me I was screwed. And they were rude to me. So I filed a complaint with First American Home Warranty against these guys so that they don't get sent out to me again. DO NOT LET ABE'S PLUMBING WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!!!

I would give a negative star if I could. They are not good. Office staff contradicts each other. Installer rude. Garbage disposal goes bad. We have first American warranty. They show up. Your disposal is upgraded version, to get the same disposal its $60 extra. I said ok, but want exact same brand and model. Comes back from Home Depot with a badger. Not same brand and model. Starts to install. I ask him not to install and let's order exact same brand or o don't want to pay extra. He says ""don't make this difficult or I can go to ace or another cheap hardware store and install a $40 disposal..."". I said why would I pay $75 for a house call to install a $40 disposal."" I call the office and say ""we want the same brand and you can order on line and install at a later date ..."". My wife is downstairs talking to him -- he raises his voice, doesn't listen to her, continue to install the badger disposal, grabs our old disposal and his tools and literally walks out of the house ...."" It was bizarre. First American really needs to upgrade who they use. Scaring a family and blatantly not listening to commands or a home owner while in their house is not cool. And saying you'll get the same product and coming back with a lesser model and trying to make you pay extra is also not cool. I hate to write bad reviews. It's not cool. But in this case, I would avoid Abe's.

Horrible service. Rude, dismissive, raised his voice at me, interrupted me when I was asking questions and trying to explain our issue. Left after flushing the toilet twice. Our issue as expected with no service still remains problematic.
Was referred to this company through our home warranty and have dealt with 2 different plumbers at the house with similar poor experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND in the slightest.

ASK FOR ROBERT! He is FAST and knows what to do!
Back story: Just moved into my new home and within 1 month of moving in there was an issue with the shower leaking water. There was water coming out of the kitchen lights and a/c vents, also causing lots of water marks.
The first plumber from Abe's plumbing came by and did an okay job assessing the situation, but I could tell that he was not prepared and felt like he did not want to be there.
Today 8/7, Robert from Abe's plumbing was sent to do another assessment, and he did a GREAT JOB.
He found and fixed the problem within 45 min. Super friendly, very professional, and could definitely tell he had experience.
Will definitely be calling and asking for Robert again!
ASK FOR ROBERT!!!

Terrible service! First American Warranty had sent out Abe's plumbing because we were seeing an issue with our toilet not flushing completely and dirty waters coming back into the toilet. We also had bad smell coming from one of our bathrooms.
The first plumber that came out said that the water was too low and that was why we were having issues with flushing. However we informed him that the water level was much higher before and we lowered it to see if it changed the flushing problem, yet we had not increased the water level back to normal (he dismissed that comment completely). He then checked our shower drain and said that was the cause of the smell. He pulled some gunk out of the drain and said the smell would go away. After those two things he said everything is fixed and left.
Within 1 hour of him leaving we had the flushing issue once again and called the plumber back to tell him. He simply dismissed us and said, does it flush? When we said it does after multiple tries, he told us then its not broken and said to call the main office if we want someone else to check it. We called the main office and got another appointment. We also continued to have the smell for the following couple days and still do.
The second plumber was even worse. He came out and walked to the toilet flushed a piece of paper down and said there is no issue and the smell is from the shower (the smell coming from the shower is a completely different smell we are experiencing). He continued to raise his voice at my wife telling her there is no issue and she doesn't know what she is talking about (he was extremely rude!). At this point after 2 plumbers we are still having issues with flushing and a smell coming from around the toilet.
I highly recommend you do not use Abe's plumbing at all, and if your home warranty tries to use them I would protest. We are now having to go back to First American for the 3rd time and will not accept Abe's plumbing.

My warranty matched me with Abe's. I was skeptical as the company is no where near where I live. The office staff who schedules was prompt and courteous. I received a call to confirm the day before the appointment.
Robert (plumber) called twice to update me on the time of his arrival. When he arrived he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and got right on the problem. He fixed everything, filled me in on his work and let me know what to do if anything should happen. I would hope that Robert would be dispatched if I ever have any other plumbing problems.
I would work with Abe's again anytime. For someone who knows nothing about plumbing, they were a great way to fix the problem.

If I could give no stars I would! Like everyone else I used Abe's Plumbing based of a call to First American about a leaking toilet. We had already troubleshooted the issue months ago and it came back. My husband looked at this leak and knew it was more than we could handle. We already had the toilet repaired with a new kit months before which did not fix the problem. The plumber came out and said, ""Oh since you have a new kit I wasn't supposed to service this toilet, it's not covered under your plan."" Well that was after he changed the flap which I told him was not the issue and he did it anyway. Then said, ""if your husband thinks he knows the issue than he can fix it himself."" Wow, what a rude thing to say to a customer. I am not paying the $75 service fee for a half ass lazy job. I told him to test the water to make sure it was no longer leaking, he said ""I am not waiting around for a hour to check, just call if it is still an issue."" Really? I should be the one doing all the work when I am paying them? Do not use this company, I have remodeled a 4 bedroom please inside and out and never once came across a rude contractor, plumber, technician, etc until now. Nor have I ever written a poor review for any company until now. Still need my problem resolved and I will not let this company do work in my home ever again.

The worst plumbing company ever. Actually, calling them plumbers would be a disgrace to the trade. Abe's plumbers are lazy and dishonest. First American Warranty needs to stop assigning these guys.
One of their plumbers came to my house because of a strange sewer smell that I suspected to be a break in my drain. He came and looked around but didn't even bother to crawl into the raised foundation (laziness!). Then he says there's no leak. I took his recommendation at face value assuming that he's a professional.
A few weeks passed and the smell got worst. After a couple of weeks of giving me the run around, I finally got them to come back. He finally crawled in and did an inspection. Came out and told me I had big leak....no shit Sherlock!
It turned out to be so bad that he couldn't work on it until I had it remediated. Cost me $1800! If he did his job and inspected the leak properly, we wouldn't have sewer spewing for a month and festering under my house. His laziness and carelessness was what exacerbated the leak into a major problem. Avoid these guys...period!
Btw, I had another plumber inspect the rest of my drains and he found 4 other leaks. So much for no leaks!

They should not be on the home warranty repair program if they are going to treat those referral jobs so poorly. The technician actually told us that the warranty company would not pay to repair our drain properly. I had read the other reviews prior so we just asked him to leave. The warranty company sent a new plumber who spent three hours on the repair and did a great job. I'm sure he will get paid for doing the job correctly. The first date of our repair was ""rescheduled"". I say this because they called to push back our ""Monday"" time while we were waiting on Friday. They said I had the wrong date, but I confirmed with the scheduler three times while making the appointment. I will say that their scheduler/receptionist is very pleasant even though she obviously has to lie to customers. She gets all of the one star.
