Abe's Plumbing is the worst plumber I've ever had. I had to use them through home warranty and I basically forced First American to assign me a new plumber. First of all above their work , they are sexist and misogynistic. The plumber treated my wife night and day different than myself. He was short, rude, impatient against my wife but when he saw me, he acted like we were best friends. Second, he was so rough with my toilet that while fixing one part, he caused another issue that continued causing my toilet to leak. The new leak he created extended the drying process and pushed my rebuild back another 3 weeks. It was extremely frustrating and the only way they were nice to me on the phone was when First American would call them directly to call me. I really hope First American reconsiders doing business with this plumber....

Same as other terrible reviews, sent to us via American First Warranty. A month later problem with garbage disposal still not fixed this company are a complete joke. Do not use them for anything.

You've heard the story before. These bums were sent from First American Warranty. I rue the day that the seller of my new home bought this policy. They refused to send another plumber.

Abe's plumbing showed up for two service calls 5 months apart. The first time was for a clogged drain and mixed hot/cold water lines. They took one look at both and said ""sorry we can't fix it. "" I was dumbfounded. They left and I ended up fixing the problems myself which took an untrained guy 2 hours.

Second call 4 months later, water heater thermostat failed. Called First American who sent these jokers again. Same EXACT THING. Showed up, took one look at my Kenmore heater and said, sorry we don't service it. Then they proceeded to stall and not send a report to First American so that they couldn't send me a more competent plumber.

2 x $85 service calls down the drain. Abe's Plumbing sucks. They're a scam to collect the service fee and not fix anything. First American sucks for using them and not sending a new plumber.

The only reason I used this was because I had to with American Home Shield - came to do the estimate hours later than the end of the timing window I was given with no notice until I called and pushed. Then told me the cause was one thing and wrote something else on the report to AHS. Don't use them and ask for someone else if you can.

That rude lady Marlene is totally unprofessional, entitled and rude! Had the displeasure of First American Home Warranty assigning them for our plumbing issue on Saturday. It's Tuesday and they just called, we let them know the issue has already been resolved and that Marlene woman said ""Ok thank you, bye!"" And hung up while still talking. Called back and she started yelling. Zero professionalism. Yuck.

these guys are thief's. I have American Home Warranty coverage and submitted a service request for a broken shower head. They never came and repaired the shower head, they never even called to setup an appointment but they kept the $85 service fee. They are corrupt people.

I had a toilet leak and called my insurance and my insurance hired these idiots to fix the leak. He came after two days and tight the screw of the toilet and told my teenage son that it's fixed. and told my son to put the bowl if it leaks again. He needs to get approval from the insurance to order the gasket. My company will contact you when we have the parts. wow, this guy came to fix the leak for the toilet with toilet parts and a new toilet. You tell me how hard it was to fix a toilet leak for this plumbing company. when I called him to tell him that the toilet is still leaking and he did not fix it, he was so rude and unprofessional and said he did it and hung up on me. I called the office they hung up on me and told me that we don't want to do your job. Never had this experience from any company. I mean wow.

Abe's was assigned to us through our Home Warranty provider. Abe's is a complete nightmare. Totally unprofessional, rude and completely indifferent to their customers time. A simple wax ring for the toilet, which barely took 10 minutes to complete, ended up taking 1.5 days of work lost on my end. They knew that I needed the work done, and they dragged their feet on getting the part (a wax ring, really?) and communicating when the job would be finished. I estimate this cost me $400 lost time from my business, all for an extra thick wax ring that I could pick up at Home Depot for $6.52, 2.5 miles from my house. This experience was utterly ridiculous. DON'T USE ABE's!

Terrible customer service. Had a gas leak in my home. Went through home warranty. They lied about scheduling our appointment. Tried to reschedule from the wrong appointment. She said she will call us back. Never heard from her again. Called to follow up on the reschedule. She said she will reschedule us another week.We had cold water for days.Lady on the phone is super rude. They don't care about the customers. Just save your time and money and go with a reputable plumbing company.

Truly this is the worst service I have ever experienced?!?!?! The plumber, assigned through my home warranty, arrived. He verbally confirmed that my toilet needed a new wax ring / gasket. He then said he had to take a call and literally just left the building, never to return!? This company is an absolute monstrosity. I hope their contract with the home warranty company is cancelled. I cant believe this type of service happens.

I called the home warranty company to ask what the hell happened and they told me they denied the claim because it was just ""cosmetic""? Um there were clear leaks and I have photo evidence. I also had a home inspector come out and document everything a few days ago anyways. This is truly the worst experience.
