Absolutely awful service. The gal at the office was nice, she set up my first appointment, they came to the property, cleared the line that was backing up, a week later it started backing up again. I called to have them come back out, she tells me one of the service guys would call me shortly. About 10 minutes later, a guy calls, is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE on the phone from the beginning. When I calmly explain to him what has happened, he tells me there is going to be a charge as warranty work is only done Monday through Friday and it is Sunday. Mind you, the only paperwork I ever got was an invoice and nowhere on the invoice is this detail stated. I would rather pay another company full price then use their ""warranty"".
I manage several rentals and will be sure my business goes elsewhere.
It has not been the same since the change in ownership and that's a pity.

They have been to my house 3 times in 1 week. Never once did we receive a call saying they were coming. I work from home and when making the appointment I was told they would call. I also asked for them to come in the afternoon when I am off work and never once did they respect my request. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will never be using this company again. This is so unprofessional. When calling to talk to someone the girl answered the phone with just ""hello"". This is supposed to be a professional business but they have made it clear they are anything but. When the guys arrived I told them that they were supposed to call first, his response was putting his hand to his head and saying ring ring. That was unbelievably rude. Due to this company not listening to the requests that have been made several different times to them I was yelled at by my boss because I was in the middle of work when they arrived and I had to step away from my computer. Before they left they told me that it was the office peoples fault for not calling so when we call the office they said that it is the plumbers job to call so now we're just getting a run around. I will never recommend this Company to any of my friends or even my worst enemy. They've made it clear they don't know what professional customer service is. I tried to post on their Facebook page about my disappointing incident they apologized but then deleted my post so I came here.

Couldn't be happier with Abe's - I had called my usual plumber (Aaron's) on a backed up basement toilet and it turned out to be a main line issue, which they don't do, so they recommended I call Abe's. I called them, they were out here within an hour and fixed the issue within another hour!! Their prices are super reasonable, their customer service is superb, and they were friendly towards my silly little dogs (always a nice bonus). Plus they were awesome enough to take the time to walk me through exactly what was going on, how to avoid it happening again, and made sure to show me that the toilet (and the shower!) were working perfectly before they left. They also offer a 60-day guarantee, which I was really impressed by. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I need anything, and I recommend them without any reservations!

Still have a basement leak after 6 visits and almost $1,000.00 later. They fixed other things and we had a toilet leak after they removed to clean out the drains. Replaced with a new toilet and a pipe and still have a leak. And a clogged kitchen sink. They caused more problems and never fixed the original leak. They are like a bad car mechanic.

Got me out of a pinch.

My sewer decided it wanted to back up. Full of roots. They came recommended from a family friend. Showed up on time.

They came did what they were supposed to unclogged the drain, made it was clear before they left.

Price was a little steep 185 but seems like that what is around.

Few other plumbers would not return my call, but glad i called these guys. Took care of my house that we just moved into.

FANTASTIC!!! Called them this morning and they came right out and got to work and cleaned out our drain that was full of roots and other ""undesirables"" they were fast and courteous and explained everything that was happening in a way that I could totally understand! The price was SUPER reasonable and if we ever need them again I know exactly who to call!

Very disappointed in the service I received. I called yesterday( Wednesday ) and asked if there were any appointments available ""early tomorrow "" which is obviously Thursday. The receptionist said yes 9:00 in the morning and we set the appointment. Today 9:00 came and went and no technician.... my husband called and receptionist said "" we don't have a record of that call and appointment"". I called and the receptionist said "" we have you down for Friday "".
I reminded her that I asked for ""tomorrow "" when I called yesterday ( Wednesday) and without admitting SHE made the error she told us she'd send a technician over as soon as they were done with their current job. Hours came and went , my husband called her several times throughout the day and she just kept giving him the runaround. She never called my husband to follow up or let us know when we might expect someone to do the work . Technician never showed. My husband took a day off work to get this done. Very bummed about the service.

Terrible service. Set up an appointment and they arrived 2 hours early because it was convenient for them. We were not home since we work full time jobs. The driver was VERY rude on the phone blaming us for the situation and refused to come back after his other jobs. Awful business operation.

Don't use these guys. Charged me more than quoted over the phone. Called the office to question 3 days ago and no one has called me back. Also, have been waiting 3 days just for an analysis. Was told the plumber never turned paperwork in. They said they would call back and still nothing.
