Is there anything else I can help you with before I leave? I was shocked, honestly. This is the first time a contractor seemed generally concerned about if I was okay. So I'm happy to say. I had a kitchen sink that was backed up. A friend referred me to Abend. Called them and they promptly sent someone the same day. Dustin cleared my drain and had me back in business. The drain backed up again a few weeks later (my fault. Didn't know how much of a problem egg shells could cause). Called again. Same day service with Dustin clearing my drain, found the cause, educated me on how to keep my drain clear and gave me a return customer discount. Absolutely the BEST local Plumbing company around! Small but you can't beat the heart this company and the owners have!

Abend has impressed me with their professionalism, compassion and suburb service. I have used them several times in the past year and have only been more and more impressed. What stands out in my mind is the morning we were preparing to leave for a 10-day vacation and I just happened to go to the basement and found a water pipe had worn and was pouring water into the basement. I called and explained my situation and they could not have been more sensitive. In a matter of hours the problem was fixed and we were off to our carefree vacation. Can you find a service like this?

I recently had Abend out to remove a hot water heater while the floor was being repaired, then they came back once floor repairs were made, installed a drain pan and line for the hot water heater.
