Nina L.We realized our hot water heater was leaking at the top where the hot water goes out at 5 pm on a Thursday. I called another plumber, but they didn't think they could get out until late Monday morning. I'm sure it would have been ok, but my husband had shut it off. Being without hot water in the kitchen for 4 days would have been inconvenient for sure. We called Abel Plumbers, and he was about to go out of town for several days. When he realized we lived close to him, he went to get the part and was at our house in an hour. He was very friendly and professional, and we were fixed up within the hour. I'm sure he could have finished much faster, but we kept asking questions about the area and visiting. We are very happy he was able to get us fixed up so quickly! We have a small piece of piping on the water softener that is rusting, and he is coming back next week to take care of it. It isn't urgent, but we don't want to wait until it floods the garage. We are very happy we found an honest plumber right down the street!
