Stay away these people, the owner Ralph, the nephew Richard. They will drain you financially; you'll be paying almost 30-40% more than first estimate. Ralph will altered invoices without proof of other receipts. Beware of these untrustworthy people. Multiples phone calls made, the response I get ""Don't talk about money"" . They cheated me over $4,000. Evil people.

They came in to fix a faulty gas line for me. They were the original plumbers who installed the line and it turns out the line they first installed was defective. (Line was installed before my partner and I bought the house) I went through with home owner's insurance and they did absolutely nothing! First plumber they sent out tried to charge me $1,200. Second one said it had to be replaced as well but home owner's insurance was not going to cover it. My realtor got in contact with Ralph and he was honest about what needed to be done. If you read this Ralph, I'm sorry the other plumbers bad mouthed your work. They are so wrong! Ralph advised me and let know to be careful with companies who are just trying to make cash off of people. Professionally and courteous people. Private owned so you don't get the feeling they want to drain money from your pocket. They arrived at 8am on the dot and answered all my questions. They are amazing and friendly people. I will be doing my plumbing in the future with them. They gave me a great estimate for re-piping my water pipes. Thanks team, y'all had a great vibe and I feel safe and secure with your work. Did I mention they give a long period warranty of their work?

Customer service is bad! Ralph the owner is not responsive after job completion. Contacted him several times via email and text asking for simple invoice and they will not respond nor provide us with documentation about a completed job. We will never hire them again!

They installed a new sink, dishwasher but didn't install the air gap. The home inspector recommended air gap to be installed. I called this plumber 5 times and left numerous message asking them to correct their work that I would be happy to pay but they never called me back. Terrible customer service and they do unfinished work so you have to find another plumber to fix their work. They also promptly charged my credit card and didn't give me receipt they said they would email it but never did again they ignored my calls.

Very sad. I've used them more than once but will not again. They made an appointment with me (after trying for almost a week) they never came or called or returned my text. I wasted my entire morning not to mention my time and money waiting for them. Eventually I had to go with another plumber. It sad Ralph, the owner, is a nice guy but that doesn't help when business is not being taken care of.

This was the second time I used this company. Great response time. Great service, most of all ,I feel like I get my moneys worth . I dont feel like I am getting ripped off with services I dont need. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Worst plumber in the A.V. Left us with no way shower for 5 days, and we still had to fix it ourselves. never called or showed up when they said would. When I called about missing parts, they never returned my call. They didn't even install the shower handle right. I will never refer this company to anyone. I have reported them to BBB.

Like many they never completed my job. My water still leaks and calling them multiply times and asking them to take care of the issue has not stopped the leak. They said they will come and fix it, its been 2 months, and every time I call them they say the same thing. The Owner is not leaving me with any choice but to file a formal complaint with BBB, and ON. Don't get fooled by their prices. You will be sorry!!!

called Friday, schedule to come at 7am. ( I didn't want to make it this early saturday morning but he said that's the only time he can come on Saturday monring) so I took it.
I woke up at 6:50 to wait for him and waited until 8:30 he still didn't come so I called him. and surely enough. not even on his way. had someone call me back to suggest coming in the evening. I am super pissed off and tell him don't bother. made me wake up early fo nothing.
