The water supply line to our toilet randomly broke off and flooded our bathroom, and these guys made it out in about an hour. They quickly replaced the line and made sure everything was working as it should, checked the rest of the house for any other possible issues, and were very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about our pipes, water heater, sinks, etc. Super nice guys, and they're good with dogs! I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I called today and they came today. There was a leak in the outdoor spigot. They called to let me know they were about 15 minutes away. Great customer service and friendly. I texted them a picture of the problem and they gave me a cheaper price than first quoted. I asked about another plumbing issue and they gave me a quote and said it was up to me. Not something that needed to be done. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be using Abe Lincoln again if I need other plumbing repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

So I cannot review these guys on their work since sadly they were booked up. However when I called frantic about a broken water line flooding my yard & my inability to find the main water shut off, Dave went out of his way to stop by and show me where it was and what to do. It literally bought me the time I needed to find an available plumber. It was beyond nice, I cannot say thank you enough! It's hard enough to deal with a broken pipe, but not being able to stop the water spraying out is beyond frustrating. Again thank you guys

These guys have amazing customer service and are very knowledgeable! Called and was able to get them to look and assess within a couple days. We had a leak from our house drain and it was repaired/fixed within a couple hours. They were keeping me educated on what the issue was and how it happened. Highly recommend and would use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.

They were able to come right away. And even called and notified me that they were on their way. They came really quick, and were able to fix the issue and told me what to do for future references if something occurs again. When I moved into my new house, the water heater was out. I was worried about finding someone 1) on the weekend and 2) in the midst of coronavirus. David responded immediately and dropped by within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and made time for the replacement in his busy schedule. My water heater was replaced for the cost stated over the phone. They are very professional from the beginning to the end. He gave us helpful hints on how to extend the life of the new unit. Most surprisingly of all is my garage was left cleaner than they found it. They even went above and beyond by putting my hose away and connecting it.
