Abdul's Plumbing Service, LLC is a great option if you're looking for a plumbing company that provides professional service, quick responses and reasonable pricing. Abdul, the owner, is a master plumber and very knowledgeable about his craft. He also takes the time to explain the problem and provides all of the options to resolve. I've used Abdul's Plumbing Service for several jobs, including the replacement of all of the water pipes in my home, replacing my water heater and various other jobs like toilet installs, garbage disposal replacements, etc.

I made my most recent service request on 3/19/25 to replace a non-functioning toilet in my master bathroom. Abdul responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for today, 3/20/25, to pick-up and install the toilet that I had ordered online. In addition to Abdul's plumbing skills, he is very reliable and has excellent customer service skills. I truly enjoy working with Abdul.

Abdul Plumbing service was the subcontractor for my new development built by Stanley Martin and knows my home inside-out. He is a master plumber and responsive. Abdul also connected the gas line for my newly installed gas fireplace and bidet. Recommend!

I do not recommend! Found this company on the Washington Gas site as an authorized contractor, and contacted this company to assist with a gas leak repair. He came out to diagnose the repair, cut multiple holes in my drywall, then scheduled to come out the next day to repair.

HE NEVER SHOWED! Literally ghosted me. I called, left a voicemail and text message. Still no response!

Temperatures have been near freezing and I still have not heard from him. THANKFULLY, I was able to get in contact with a more reputable plumbing company, only to find that THERE WAS NO NEED TO CUT INTO THE WALL!!

I put in a request with 2.10 home warranty. I can be a little impatient so I reach out to Abdul Plumbing Services once I received there contact information. Abdul answered the phone hisself, I explained what was going on. He then stated he was on a job site and would try to make it between 2-4pm. I told him we can push it to the next day but I really do need it done asap we have a leak. He showed up by 2:15pm and got the job done! I will highly recommend.

Like the other reviewers have said. He was scheduled through our home warranty service and I called him the day before to confirm he said he'll be there. He didn't show up at all. Called him and he says I'm running late will be there in an hour. Take a guess, he didn't show up and I called him and he stopped picking up, no response. But he's extremely unprofessional, if you have a warranty service and they schedule this guy, he's not going to show up. He should not be signed up for them if he's not interested working with warranty. Very unprofessional wasted my whole day waiting for him.

He was quick and responsive to my plumbing concerns and well versed on new homes built with tankless water heaters. In addition, his prices are reasonable priced and follow service is phenomenal. I highly recommend his company for all of your plumbing needs.

If I could zero stars I would. He was supposed to be the plumber under my 2-10 Warranty contract. He called me today saying he would be there by 12 pm. Then I got an email saying he would arrive by 12:45 pm. 12:45 came and there was no update from him. I called him and sent him text but I didn't get a response from him til 1:17 pm saying his other appointment was running late and he should be done in an hour. 2:45 pm came and there was no update from him again. I called 2-10 warranty, they tried calling him and they got no response. 4:55 comes and he still isn't here and there is no response from him. I send him other text and he gives the same excuse but says he is still coming because I live close to his office. I responded back saying I have waited all day on him and ask if he is going to be here by 6 pm. I got no response but at 6:27 pm I get an email from 2-10 saying my appointment was cancelled. I would not recommend this business at all.

Our water heater was leaking all night from the bottom and we called several company's to come out and service our water heater, but no one was available for same day service. We called Abdul's Plumbing Service and they came found out the problem and replaced our water heater the same. Thank you guys. We will certainly call again if any other plumbing issues.

COMPLETLY unprofessional!! Was assigned to come to my home through home warranty service, I called and texted and did not receive a response. Was told he would be here two days later, once again I stay home and there is no call and no show. Someone calls and has a million excuses as to why they did not come and did not respond.

Abdul's Plumbing was the 4th place I called after a frigid spell this weekend caused a pipe in my house to burst. The first 3 places I called were the big guys, and they had waiting lists.
Abdul answered immediately, I told him the issue and where I was, he said he could get to me in 30 min.
What I thought was one break turned out to be 3 breaks in multiple sections of a pipe running through the rear of the house into the garage. He was here for 5 hours, contorting himself into all kinds of positions to get to the various breaks, but explaining what he was seeing along the way and how he planned to resolve.
In the end, he installed higher quality materials than the original contractors had used, gave me recommendations for how to ensure no more breaks, and because he's a smaller shop without all the overhead of the big boys, charged me a very fair fee for the work, cheaper than what I've paid for emergency service in the past.
I highly recommend Abdul, without reservation, if you're looking for a licensed, insured Master Plumber.
