Criminals! I hired them to put in new water service and install plumbing. The owner will roll up in a Cadillac to pick up a check, and drops off inexperienced day laborers. A job that should have taken 2 days, took 2 months. Delays, several leaks, a burst water pipe and problems with city inspectors caused me to fire him. He placed a lien on my property, charging me for work that he never completed, and then sold the lien to another company. Check with the Cook county recorder of deeds and you will see that he has done this to more than 15 people. Stay as far away from this guy as you can, or you will get hustled.
