most recently they re-piped with copper our entire house after a failure from the old plastic caused major water damage - also have replaced bathtub at one of our rental units - Nick is quick to return calls and has competitive pricing - very professional and have responded very quickly on a couple of pipe breaks .

I called Nick to give me an estimate on replacing a pipe above my water heater. He said he would come to the house between 1 and 3. I gave him my address and gate code. He called me when he got inside the gate and I told him to go straight and I would be in the driveway looking for him. He went to the wrong house and then left the community to go on another call. He said he couldn't find my house! Mind you, there are only 4 houses in our community and 2 very short roads. I called him and he said he had other work and if I wanted an estimate I should send him a picture of the problem. I will not be calling him again. That was yesterday. This morning I got a call from his company asking me if I still needed a plumber!

Nick was great! He answered my calls each time and text me back immediately when I had to change our appointment time. Very professional and right on time. He switched out our Water Pressure Regulator which needed soldering. Great value and did not push other work. Gave me honest evaluation of other potential issues I might have with our plumbing. I would definitely recommend him.

I called to see if Nick whom is the owner could complete a job and he hung up. I called back to make sure that it was not just a call dropped. When I called back he flat out stated that he ""NO, I am not interested"". I was confused and asked again because I could not understand his response and he stated again ""NO"". Mind you I had not even explained the services that I was in need of.

ASHAME!!!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
