I can't give them any stars. Shoddy plumbing and the owner is a bit crazy when he bothers to respond. His plumber installed a toilet improperly and the owner denies the water damage is his fault. My lawyer will be contacting him next. DO NOT use this company.

This company was a nightmare to work with. Dishonest and unethical billing practices & terrible service. They will bill you for multiple extra ""services"" they do not perform and weren't needed. They will bill you for extra time the technicians didn't actually work on your issue. They didn't complete service on our heating system for 8 weeks after they initially started, and it required half a dozen follow up phone calls to get them to do that! Didn't receive our bill from service in November until April!!! You have been warned, stay clear of Soderberg!

They do nothing for locals as they advertise, they take advantage of people and try to sell them products they don't need. They overcharge and under deliver.

WARNING!! Be Careful! They OVERCHARGE people. The bill was was over double the original quote. And it seems they have a history of doing this to other people too. These guys cannot be trusted.

Terrible, a complete scam! Double billing and they show up and do work they are not suppose to and then bill you for extra damage they create. HORRIBLE experience. There is no talking to these people...very unreasonable..DO NOT CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
