Rip off in pricing--simple fix not even there 40 mins & cost $243!! Called company to come out and look at my shower because the water pressure sucked in my shower and also the water didn't stay hot long in my shower. company came out on time-responded quickly BUT I am not happy with the cost. They charged me $243 dollars just to adjust the knob in the water heater to make the water hotter and also they just removed my shower head and, took a rubber piece out that was blocking the water flow and also removed my filter that was on my shower  head which he also said was blocking the water flow. I feel like this is a rip off because they gave me no pricing up front, the guy just got there and started looking at everything and fixing the issue which is not the problem, the problem is after he started doing everything he then tells me oh for this its going to be $243!1 I'm like woah wtf? but at this point i feel i have no choice but to pay it cause he already started doing things. I was under the impression they would come out look and tell me what they think is going on and give me a price but that is not the case. So i feel like i have been  ripped off of $243 and am upset that they didn't tell me this upfront ALSO this was something simple it should have NEVER cost that much. Not happy although my shower pressure is way better now and the water is hotter but this was a simple fix and they really ripped me off.

do not use them.... they quoted me $3700 to send someone with a camera to look at our pipes . then gave a quote for about$425 for a garbage disposal. i got another co. to do it for $600 but no disposal because it was fine. when i called to complain they said well he wouldn't do what we would do they were right he wouldn't screw us. oh they charged us $ 340 on the first visit and the job was not complete... don't use them

I called ABC Southwest to get an estimate on a faucet installed in my lanai wall backing up to the kitchen pipes on the inside of the wall. They made me an appointment for May 27 between the hours of 11am to 3pm. They arrived late at 4:10pm. The very first thing the guy asked if I wanted to sign a maintenance contract. I said no. The next thing he looked under the sink at the pipes and asked where they go to (he knew) and then pulled my refrigerator away from the wall and said I have a leak (there was no leak). Finally he addressed the installation of putting in the faucet. I asked """"can you do it now?"""" . He said he needed to go to his van to see if he had the proper tools. After waiting 10 minutes or so (I could see him talking on the phone in the van) he came back in and gave me an estimate of $729. I looked at it and replied """"that's crazy!, I'm not paying that!"""" . He left the house immediately. They should be ashamed of themselves asking for that amount of money! I contacted """"Plumbing Pros"""" and they came out and did the job for $260. I needed to post this to alert people to do their homework before hiring.

Stay clear of these crooks. They did 10 min. Work on my sink drain and charged $375. I called and wanted a receipt and got a very nasty woman on the phone. Please get someone else to do your work. This should have costed no more than $125. However i was under pressure to get this done and they knew it

Agree, this company is way overpriced. Also, $2000 later they still had not diagnosed the problem. I had an odor coming from my kitchen sink. They did all kinds of camera stuff cleaning out pipes etc and finally realized the problem was with my well water reacting with the rubber in my garbage disposal. Simple fix, remove garbage disposal. This was figured out on the fourth trip to my home. Do NOT use this company

No price transparency whatsoever. The technician showed up on time, but charged $250 for a very straightforward job that took less than a half hour. Will not be using them again.

We were WAY overcharged by ABC Southwest for a repair to our AC unit. We called them because they had serviced the unit for the previous owner of our house, and their number was in our file as a result. A simple problem became a huge cost. A spider crawled into a capacitor, shorting it out, and we were charged $543.00. The part cost less than $25.00. The repair took less than a half hour. The technician knew that we had to rush out of town for a funeral as we had left him a key, basically putting ourselves at his mercy as far as the diagnosis and repair cost. (You do what you have to do when your mother dies 1100 miles away.) He had already done the work when he called to tell us the diagnosis. The bill was outrageously inflated. A reputable firm would have charged less than half this much. Disgusted by the lack of integrity. Do NOT use ABC Southwest.

Requested this company as they are in same area as my disabled tenant and my regular guy who is in Fort Myers could not make it as he was in Naples. I was told bill would have to be paid at time of service. Technician told me problem and I asked how much and was told it was already taken care of. They then charged me $543.00 for diagnostic and capacitor. I was told by 4 other AC services, it should have not cost more then $200 to include the diagnostic. I spoke with billing and some one name Tyler said to waive Diagnostic fee and give me the """"premiere pricing reserved for special AC Maintenance Program customers, I was still charged $384.00. I will NOT be using this company for any of my properties and will NOT be recommending them. I see the other reviews and had this not been a disabled tenant, would not have had them make the replacement. They are supposed to put $159.00 back on my company card Monday...

I had new flooring installed in the laundry room. The washer and dryer had been placed in the garage. The installer recommended replacement of the hoses and valves. Since I had had good dealings with ABC previously, I phoned them. A technician arrived very soon after I called. he did not provide and estimate. He went ahead and completed the job. Thereafter, he presented me with a bill of $543. I wrote a cheque on my Canadian USD account, which thankfully I was able to stop payment on soon after I realized that this charge was beyond outrageous. I consulted five reputable plumbing companies in the Englewood/Port Charlotte area. To a man I was told that this work should have cost between $200 and $300. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and await resolution. Of course I want to pay this bill, but I expect a fair and honest valuation from ABC for the work completed. They offered me coupons, but these would be completely useless to me because I SHALL NEVER use their services again. Lesson learned: get an estimate first. Send them packing if the price sounds ridiculous.

WAY WAY WAY over charged me. Its my fault as I didn't say """"NO"""" They charged $436 to replace a small outside leaky valve to my house. 15 minutes tops to change it. They got me good and PLEASE don't let this happen to you.. $15 part .. so $421 dollars in labor and service call.. OUCH. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN & PLEASE DONT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU !! I spoke to another plumber afterwards and he advised $75 top to do the same job.. I really screwed up on this one... Honest plumber said $15 for the part and $60 service call. THIS MAKES ME SICK !!
