The service tech came out to fix some backup in the basement. while he was doing his job he moved my mattress and put it on top of sewage water and now it's ruined. He was not professional. Taking to small claims since they don't want to make it right and denying.

Called ABC at 3:30am because our floor drains were flooding. Within one minute Brian called me back and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He arrived right on time and within an hour had our drain cleaned out. Professional, polite, gave us good advice. I had called several other companies and ABC is the only company who had someone who could give us the immediate help we needed.

We had an unexpected basement sewer backup on a Sunday. We've used ABC Sewer service in the past so we called them again. Dikota did a great job of clearing the roots in our main sewer line & made sure all the drains in the house ran clear. He was extremely efficient and polite; and left no mess behind as well. My tenants sewer drain backed up and in a panic, I submitted request in Yelp to find help. After reading great reviews on ABC Sewer, I now...from personal experience...understand why they have the positive reviews! They responded to my request in less than 20 minutes to call the number to schedule, which I did. They said I would get a call back within 30 minutes to get on their schedule, but if I didn't hear back within that time to call them again. I didn't have to, because I received a call from Brian E. who said he could come within 20 minutes. He arrived in that timeframe and went to inspect the situation. Explained what he was going to do and brought in more equipment. Brian E. worked his magic and cleared out the roots to open sewer through main. Brian completed this promptly and was also very friendly and personable! And the price was reasonable as well. I am so grateful to Brian and ABC Sewer for coming to our rescue! I highly recommend! Thank you sooooo very much!

ABC used a camera to see what the problem was. Dan the problem solver found a mess of roots and routed them out to the street. He answered my questions. I'm relieved that there won't be another back up if I keep the roots out. Dan did a good job. I will use ABC again.

ABC came right at 9:00 for a 9:00 apt. That is so rare! Worked quickly and fixed my basement sewer back up. Problem was tree roots and baby wipes. (Don't use them!) Would highly recommend and will use again if I ever have sewer or drain needs.

I had used a couple different companies to clean my residential sewage drain. But, ABC Sewer & Drain was recommended to me by a neighbor and they were excellent. The showed up on time and had the work done quickly. They didn't have a fancy truck or uniforms. But, they were friendly and very reasonably priced compared to the other companies I had used and guaranteed their work. I would recommend them highly.
