They are local, inexpensive, quick and do a great job. I have used ABC for the past few years in lieu of bigger name companies that charge more and do not have the same response time.

Clearing out the main drain when living in my neighborhood is a ""must"" every couple of years because of tree branches, etc that will gunk up the works. Unlike other companies they only charge $105 per drain which is quite reasonable when you compare the cost to having your drain backup into your basement.

I had them do my house and the rental next door. A few days later the utility sink was clogged and after trying my best plumber imitation I called them again (note I didn't drop my pants lower). For $80 and within an hour of my call (they were in the area) they had the sink working perfectly again. They were courteous and very respectful. It made me question why I even tried to unclog it myself for the price!

The drains in our only bathroom clogged on a Sunday night. I called ABC at 10:15pm and was told a technician would call me within half an hour. Dan called 10 minutes later and said he would be here in an hour to an hour and a half. He arrived just after 11pm and fixed the clog in about 15 minutes. Awesome service and reasonable prices, especially for a Sunday night!

Our sewer backed up in our basement. We called ABC Sewer and Drain on the recommendation from a friend. The guy said they'd be at our house between 9-11 am. The guy was at our door at 9:00 and spent almost an hour and a half snaking out tree roots that other companies had missed. He filled a grocery bag with the roots from the sewer. He was a very nice, courteous young man and did a fabulous job clearing our sewer. AND, the price was right, very reasonable! This is the company to call for your sewer needs!!

I had an emergency call on sat night. He showed up. Snaked my sink 5 times. He couldn't get the clog. That's ok.
I asked him how much I owe him he says: No charge.

I'v used ABC in the past and one time they did great and another time they had to make multiple trips but it was okay. Then today 8-29-15, my sink was clogged and I called them to come out on a Saturday. I read on their website there was a surcharge which I was fine with. I called around noon and requested service and waited. Around 6:30 p.m., I called back inquiring when the employee was going to arrive. The attendant informed me I should've received a call after 30 minutes. Surprised, I informed the employee no one had called me. she told me she was going to page the plumber again. When he called me it was apparent he didn't want to come out to my house or work the job. His smile definitely was not ringing through the phone. He claimed he called me earlier with no answer. It's 2015, my phone has a VM and it didn't ring or state I had a missed call. Then he informed me this was his ""overtime,"" which I stated I was aware of and knew I had to pay. After a silence, he then stated, he was booked for the night (they're 24 hours mind you) and he couldn't get to me until tomorrow or wait until Monday. Initially, I agreed to the next day but then I felt I'm not going to give my money to someone who obviously did not want to come out to my house or do the work. I then called the company back and informed them their employee told me he couldn't do the job tonight and I also didn't like his attitude. I have worked in customer service my entire life and will not allow my employees to speak to people with disdain and make them feel like they can't afford something. If I called you, I checked the website ahead of time and I have used your services before, why would you act like that? It was disappointing to say the least.

I smelled sewer and the water was close to cresting above my basement floor drain. I called ABC Sewer and got a quick response and arrival on a Saturday afternoon before an evening of hosting folks. The gentleman that came out tried to keep things clean and minimalize the mess from snaking the sewer main to the street. I will call them again if this issue returns. Probably in the next year or two since that was the last time it was needed.
