I initially called ABC Sewer because I had water in my basement during very heavy rains due to a backup from the floor drain. They were able to come out the next day and the service technician was very nice and we believed that the problem was remedied. Going forward two and a half weeks later on a bright sunny day I entered my basement about 4pm and there was sewage all over the floor. I called ABC and was told they would not be out till 9 am the next day. We then rented a snake and did it ourselves as we discovered a lot of debris in the drain. We snaked 100 ft three times with three different heads on the snake. When I called the next morning requesting a refund I was told they would refund me the whole amount and to never call them again for service. Upon receiving the check for the refund I also received a letter from the owner of the company stating that they were charging me a 60.00 service fee and a 5.00 fuel charge which I was never informed about. I then called him to ask him about these charges and he responded that the woman must have been confused and that he will not refund those amounts. I then told him I don't know how it is possible they did their jobs if in such a short period of time we had pulled so much out of the drain. He then proceeded to ask me how long I had owned a sewer and drain cleaning company. The lack of customer service with this company is unbelievable. They will have their wish, I will never call this company for service again.

Should be your first call! Amazing service! Quick, clean (despite the nature of the job), super polite, and HONEST. Water was coming up out the floor drain and the kitchen sink was not draining. Tech determined the sewer needed snaking from the house to the street after that he cleaned up the laundry sink, then checked the kitchen sink (all cleared up with the laundry sink) so he didn't have to snake = no charge. I asked if anything else should be done he said no - everything should be working great now.

Within an hour everything was running smoothly again. Main sewer line $169 - with a 30 day warranty. Extra drains are 1/2 price. Again AMAZING!

this so called company says it is open 24 hours. not true. we had a vital emergency and called this company at 10:00. no repl. we called this company again and again no answer. their answering service confirmed they had given both phone call to the company.

this company does not care about you. they will not answer your phone calls

i called the company the next day to tell them i was going to place complaints about their company all over the internet

They are local, inexpensive, quick and do a great job. I have used ABC for the past few years in lieu of bigger name companies that charge more and do not have the same response time.

Clearing out the main drain when living in my neighborhood is a ""must"" every couple of years because of tree branches, etc that will gunk up the works. Unlike other companies they only charge $105 per drain which is quite reasonable when you compare the cost to having your drain backup into your basement.

I had them do my house and the rental next door. A few days later the utility sink was clogged and after trying my best plumber imitation I called them again (note I didn't drop my pants lower). For $80 and within an hour of my call (they were in the area) they had the sink working perfectly again. They were courteous and very respectful. It made me question why I even tried to unclog it myself for the price!

Had a sewer backup that needed to be cleaned. Lowest price by far for the service! $150, everyone else was $200+. Tony fixed the backup, showed up on time and was finished in about an hour, thank you!

The drains in our only bathroom clogged on a Sunday night. I called ABC at 10:15pm and was told a technician would call me within half an hour. Dan called 10 minutes later and said he would be here in an hour to an hour and a half. He arrived just after 11pm and fixed the clog in about 15 minutes. Awesome service and reasonable prices, especially for a Sunday night!

Our sewer backed up in our basement. We called ABC Sewer and Drain on the recommendation from a friend. The guy said they'd be at our house between 9-11 am. The guy was at our door at 9:00 and spent almost an hour and a half snaking out tree roots that other companies had missed. He filled a grocery bag with the roots from the sewer. He was a very nice, courteous young man and did a fabulous job clearing our sewer. AND, the price was right, very reasonable! This is the company to call for your sewer needs!!

Quoted the lowest price out of all places I called ($149 with work guaranteed for 30 days). We got that price, they came out during the appointment range, unclogged our drain and took an extra measure by cleaning it out to the city sewer system. Thank you!

Person was confused and was going to just guess at what needed to be done to clear floor drain. He was going to come back the next day, but we did not call back.
