ABC came right at 9:00 for a 9:00 apt. That is so rare! Worked quickly and fixed my basement sewer back up. Problem was tree roots and baby wipes. (Don't use them!) Would highly recommend and will use again if I ever have sewer or drain needs.

I had used a couple different companies to clean my residential sewage drain. But, ABC Sewer & Drain was recommended to me by a neighbor and they were excellent. The showed up on time and had the work done quickly. They didn't have a fancy truck or uniforms. But, they were friendly and very reasonably priced compared to the other companies I had used and guaranteed their work. I would recommend them highly.

My bathroom sink was clogged in the pipeline behind the wall. Patrick came out and not only provided knowledge based clog prevention, he resolved the issue with the utmost professionalism (there were no oops and mess to clean). There is an under the cement driveway, drain, that the gutters go into which backed up with the rain water all the way to the elbows. When it rained the elbows of the gutter would spill out the water like a faucet. I called the person who put in the gutters and he suggested calling ABC sewer. I did just that. The man who works for ABC, Dikota, spent time trying to find out where the drain came out from under the large parking area. I brought out a shovel, a trowel to try and find out where it came out ...Dikota dug with his hands and found part of the pipe away from the driveway. After snaking the drain it runs better than it did and does not back up the pipe like before. I still have to dig around the edge of the driveway to find out where it empties out to, that'll take some time and effort. Point is he went above and beyond the usual to clear the drain. I highly recommend using ABC. !

Had a backup in my basement and the guys from ABC Sewer and Drain were able to get the tree roots removed from my lateral! The work done was well worth the cost and the cost was reasonable.

Used them twice now for a main line sewer build up. They came out twice within five months, problem was never fixed. When I called to see what could be done they said ""all we do I snake out the sewer"" and that there was nothing they could do for me and that I would have to contact a plumber. spent over 400 dollars on nothing!

Our basement drain began backing up a Saturday afternoon. The problem was clearly the sewer line between our house and the street. Around 2 PM we called ABC Sewer & Draining and about 15 minutes later a technician, I believe his name is Jeff, returned our call.

Jeff explained that there were many stops before ours, but that he would likely be at our home by 8 PM. At about 9 PM, I called Jeff and he said that he was on his way to our East Side location.

Jeff knew what to do and after about 30 minutes of hard work he had cleared the line. By the time he brought his gear to his truck it was about 9:45 PM on a Saturday night! Fortunately, Jeff lived nearby.

Jeff was completely professional and friendly. The charge was 1.5 x the weekday rate ($189) plus tax which came to $289. The charge included a 30-day warranty.

Just 11 months earlier, we had our line cleaned. There are chemical cleaners, but the best of these, copper sulfate, is not environmentally friendly. So, we will be having our line mechanically cleaned every nine months prophylactically.

I initially called ABC Sewer because I had water in my basement during very heavy rains due to a backup from the floor drain. They were able to come out the next day and the service technician was very nice and we believed that the problem was remedied. Going forward two and a half weeks later on a bright sunny day I entered my basement about 4pm and there was sewage all over the floor. I called ABC and was told they would not be out till 9 am the next day. We then rented a snake and did it ourselves as we discovered a lot of debris in the drain. We snaked 100 ft three times with three different heads on the snake. When I called the next morning requesting a refund I was told they would refund me the whole amount and to never call them again for service. Upon receiving the check for the refund I also received a letter from the owner of the company stating that they were charging me a 60.00 service fee and a 5.00 fuel charge which I was never informed about. I then called him to ask him about these charges and he responded that the woman must have been confused and that he will not refund those amounts. I then told him I don't know how it is possible they did their jobs if in such a short period of time we had pulled so much out of the drain. He then proceeded to ask me how long I had owned a sewer and drain cleaning company. The lack of customer service with this company is unbelievable. They will have their wish, I will never call this company for service again.
