Called ABC Plumbing because I had a pin hole leak in the pipe of the front water spigot. The service by Matt was quick and efficient. Asked if he could install a new dish washer and so we set an appointment for the following day. Well, he never showed up and when I called, ""daddy"" answered the phone and said they were working on an emergency water tank and they would be out the next day. Well that never happened. Called again and ""daddy"" said Matt had burned his arm, but they would be out as soon as they finished the job they were on. Again, that never happened. By this time no one would answer the phone. So I tricked him and called on my cell and he picked up on second ring. He was very rude and said to get someone else. This is the rudist man I have ever spoken too. I am 79 yrs old and do not deserve the disrespect this man has given me. Please be smart and do not do business with ABC Plumbing.

I called this morning, when the gentleman picked up the phone and told him my sewer drain was clogged he told me see you in an hour. Sure enough someone came before the hour was up, unclogged my drain, and he drove away all within 30 mins or so. Now my drain is unclogged and I can do my dishes and laundry now! The best part of this was that it cost me $90 to get it all done. I used to call a different service and it cost me 3x more plus I have to wait for a 4 hour window before anyone shows up! I will definitely be using their services again in the future whenever I need a plumber.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but my experience with ABC warrants it.

I called in the morning for two problems. I was told someone would come out in the early afternoon. When no one came out, I called back. I was told someone was finishing a job, and would be out in an hour. 90 minutes later I called back, and the response was ""He isn't there yet? I'll find out what the problem is and get back to you."" They didn't get back.

When I called--now 6 hours later--they didn't even pick up the phone.

I understand plumbers are busy these days. Phones are ringing off the hook. But be professional enough to return a call, or at least have the common courtesy of letting a customer know what is going on.

An entire day wasted, and the weekend as well.

My guess is the ABC is so busy they don't have to give a damn about customer service.

And if this is how they deal with something as simple as phone calls, I'm guessing they have the same level of professionalism with your plumbing problem.

I went with ABC Sewer and Drain because I've seen them in the neighborhood and one of my neighbors has used them in the past.
Service tech came out to my house as scheduled. Very courteous and professional. Listened to what I said and knew what to do. Cleared the drain and flushed the pipes. Also familiar with the areas houses and it's a known issue around here cause of the trees and most of the homes have the original plumbing still in place. So far everything is flowing smoothly. Will call again if I have any future issues. Hopefully not but if so I know who I can call. Thanks!!

Clogged kitchen sink that was deeper than our 25 foot snake. Called ABC on a Friday night and they came first thing Saturday morning with a 50 foot snake and 15 minutes later we're back in business. $90 as advertised.

My bath tub was leaking really bad called this place on a Sunday made an appointment for Monday morning. The guy came out and fixed the leak, told me he ordered the additional parts for the tub and that I could pick them up from General Plumbing supply store in American canyon
on Friday. Went to this store , they don't know what we are talking about. So I called the dispatch person he took my name and number so he could talk to the guy that came out I have yet to receive a phone call.
That was over three months ago.

Clogged toilet , They said they have to take the toilet off and go into the pipes from there. an hour and a half into the work Tyler got a call that he had 15 more minutes to finish the job. Miraculously ,all of a sudden it drained and the toilet was reattached. We were charged $220 and gave a $20 tip to Tyler for a job well done. Next day my wife tells me the toilet isn't secured and to my surprise the right side wouldn't tighten. Then we were told that the flange was broken and that was the reason why it didn't fasten . Now, I had installed the toilet myself just a couple of months before and knew the flange was fine. So they sent ""the actual plumber"" to reseat the toilet. 2 days later the toilet backed up again (that was a Saturday) called them ""i'll call you right back"". NOTHING!
All weekend we went without a toilet or any way to use water inside the house. Called 'em Monday morning, they came and wanted to charge an additional $200 to take the toilet off again. Of course we didn't agree to that, we already paid $220 for a job that was never finished and should have a 30 day warranty. So they did a halfass attempt and called it quits.We called another plumber who wasn't equipped to do the job but did a FREE inspection and referred us to yet another plumber. These guys came out and first tried to go through the sewer cleanout , after that didn't work they went up on the roof (equipment and all) and went through the roof vent. These guys were very friendly and professional and told us that there will be no charge if they can't fix the problem. Well, guess what, it took some time and sending a camera down the drain to identify ,and then some more time, but the problem got fixed. Yes , it wasn't cheap $450 , but the job was done right. One heck of a lot better than paying $220 for a job NOT DONE!! I had to give a one star rating , but I would have preferred A ZERO, just didn't have that option.

I called ABC sewer for a backed up bathroom sink after feeling my home warranty service was not very helpful nor providing a reasonable price.
ABC had my drained cleared within 30 minutes!
They are very professional and polite and most importantly provide excellent service.
I will for sure always call them for my plumbing needs.

I am not too hi-tech here, but I was trying to revise and update an earlier review, but can't get rid of the lower mark review I wrote the other day.....so I will try here: after two days of frantic phone calls to get the spraying shower resolved, Matt came out and finally stopped the spraying and replaced the shower spigot and I was finally relieved......but your office needs to follow up with its customers when the plumbers are not going to come instead of leaving us stranded so I only hope this does not ever happen again!!!!!

These guys were AWESOME! They showed up on time and quickly resolved the sewer issues we were having. They were really cost effective and courteous. I would definitely use them again!
