This company serviced our property for many years. The drivers were always courteous and helpful. Today I had the utmost displeasure of meeting the owner, what a disgusting experience. I advised the owner that he cannot hang a sewer pipe over our ramp wall and down the side of our building ( his employees never did it this way and did it correctly)! I asked to please park the truck facing forward and have the sewer line come out the back like it always has been done and down the ramp. Owner yelled at me and my staff stating ""it's my truck and I do what I like""! I advised it's our property and we don't want and never had the sewer pipe hanging off the side of the building. He was just too lazy to reposition his truck. I then proceeded to call him ""sir"" as I didn't know his name and never met the guy before and he went psycho on me yelling at me not to call him sir! Then what do I call you? I told him to leave the property as it seems the guy has some issues, he needs to take note from his employees as they were always awesome and respectful to the customer. We are the customer, our property, but he is telling us what to do when it could damage our building ,it was always done the correct way before? Why would anyone want a sewer pipe hanging off the side of their building with sewage flowing through it? As well as blocking a fire exit! When it was always laid on the ground facing out of a loading zone. All this because he didn't want to pull his truck forward into our loading zone. ""Nobody tells me how to drive my rig"" Really? You lost a long time client, because you didn't want to be advised on just simply turning the truck around, to prevent possible damage to our building.

Same disappointment here. Used ABC Pumping for the last couple years every 6 months or so for a cesspool evacuation. Made an appointment. Took the half day off work to be available when the pump truck guy said he'd be there. I was in my yard waiting and he never came. I know that job has to suck, but blowing off a repeat customer is just plain rude.

full of excuses , unreliable, lost his employees and is struggling to maintain long term accounts. no show appointments after months of trying to get a basic clean that we've been doing for years. he won't return calls , gets angry that he can't find the gate code and leaves, patiently and politely re-Reschedule , then last minute cancels after 3 months of this. no reschedule or call back. avoid this guy ! what a nightmare
