This company is a total scam artist. He does not have a price sheet. He just goes off the top of his head. He left my bathroom in a non working condition for over a month and said 3 times he was coming to fix/complete the job. The last time he said his mother died and he was coming to fix the job with his guys but never came which I had expected if your mother passed, but with him, he could have been lying about that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Get everything in writing! He will never have good luck ever in life. He claimed he is going to be a preacher one day. God has called him to preach, well the devil has surely called him to scam people! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I must say I write very few reviews and they almost always have been positive for different businesses and services. I say that to let you know how unusual it is for me to write this negative review for ABC plumbing. They were terrible and a complete waste of money.

I called them because my kitchen sink was clogged and I needed it cleared. They Sid they would be right out. That was at 11:00 on Tuesday. I waited and waited, not knowing what was happening. Finally at close to 3:30, they said they would be right there. That was four and a half hours but okay. When they arrived, they said there were special problems with my drain that it would cost more than the usual amount to clear. (BTW, no plumber I have used before has ever mentioned this before). I balked and said please fix it and agreed to a range. Then they said they needed to use MY bleach to unclog it. I thought this was very strange, but I didn't have much choice. After about 20 minutes, and a motorized snake, the drain was cleared and I had paid them $300.

The next day, the drain was clogged again. They had not fully cleared the drain. I called back and they said they would be right out, but said this would be another charge. I asked if they backed their work in any way and they said they would back it for 20 minutes, but they would ""See what they could work out"". I, again, waited for four hours for them to show up. Nothing. Finally at the end of the day I called them and said I could not wait any longer. They would need to come on Monday, at noon.

Today, like a fool, I waited for the afternoon, but to no avail. But I'm not calling them. I'm just writing to let others know they cannot be trusted, they are not worth the money and, unless you bring your own bleach, unprepared even when they do show up.

ABC plumbing is a great company. I had other work done previously but then they came back and put a new shower head in. They had to do some carpentry to fix the issue and it was done to perfection. Thanks for your great service.

After Flooring America installed a toilet wrong for me, ABC came and fixed it. I had been told the plumber was coming between 4 and 5 by Flooring America, and it was 9:30 when ABC showed up, but they were fast and efficient when they arrived and I would totally call upon them, again if needed.

This is not a company. This is one guy's cell phone. He will offer you a better price then the competition but you will pay for it on the back end. After you agreed upon a price he will then continue to push you to tip him before work has been completed. Over a 3 week period Roy said 5 times he would come back to complete the plumbing work the next day. 5 times he didn't show. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. Do not trust this person even if the price is below his competition.

Avoid at all cost! They destroyed my front yard after explaining they would only carve a 3-foot wide trench in order to get to the sewer line for replacement. After specifically asking for the tree stump to be ground down, the team decided to rip it out with a backhoe. $5500 wasted, as the problem is ten times worse now! Sewer system is now draining into the house.
