Would not even, give them one star.
But it wouldn't let me post unless I checked one star. At the beginning they sounded very helpful. The technician came out to take a few pictures of the problem. That was it, pictures! Something I could easily done myself and send. This was the last week of February, haven't heard from them. Unless I call or email they won't follow up with you. Stick with one service or hire reliable staff.
Second week of March and still have not had a follow up email or call

Jessica who is running the desk is very nice and professional but for whatever reason they missed their agreed upon time twice while i'm still here dealing with a busted pipe.

For my money i'd recommend calling someone else, it'll save you a headache and frustration

ABC replaced my water heater yesterday. I then had to go to work. When I got home, I discovered that no water comes out at all when I turn on the hot water. This morning, I spoke to someone who said they'd call dispatch and I never heard back. So, I called again and after being on hold for ten minutes, was told that someone could fix it today, but they don't know when. Meanwhile, I have to shower and to go work... Since their plumber cause the problem, you'd think they'd make it a priority to fix it so as not to inconvenience me even further--especially since this was a costly job to being with. I will not be using ABC plumbing again.

ABC sent out an incompetent guy who ran the snake down only 45 feet, so day later we still have backed up pipes. For our last clogged pipe a different plumbing service ran the snake AND a camera 1000' and charged only $100. ABC charged $300 and for a camera he quoted another few hundred.
After arguing an hour on the phone to get them back to do the job right (they said they don't warranty their work), they sent a guy out a few days later who stunk up the house like cigarettes. He ran all the faucets in the house for 30 minutes (flushing more money down the drain), and then said nothings wrong, and he left. The water didn't come back up when he was here because we didn't use the shower, dishwasher or laundry the few days before he came out, and the clog is further down the pipe. So now a few days later the pipes are backing up again!! Avoid ABC plumbing!!

I called Roger for a quote on replacing my water heater. He showed up later that day to assess the existing water heater and where it was located.

He provided a reasonable quote and installed it the next day. In addition to the water heater he added a pan with a drain to capture any leaks and divert it so the water will not run into the house.

Great work, timely response. Cleaned up after.

Roger is a very honest, fair, knowledgeable, and efficient plumber. For our plumbing repairs for the past 10 years, we have relied on Roger and have never been disappointed. We called Roger from ABC Plumbing after a referral about an issue with our water heater. Our experience was not very pleasant at all. Roger asked if us if our water heater is on an outside wall, it isn't. He cut us off mid discussion and told us to call him back when it was warmer out since it was clear it was due to the weather. He actually said, "call me when its warmer" and hung up on us mid sentence. Well, it turns out we had a problem and our water heater needed to be replaced. ABC Plumbing will obviously not be getting my business and Roger was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion, He seemed too busy to be bothered with my business.

Doesn't do adequate diagnostic work--so charges for things that may or may not need to be done. And the story changes when the work he does doesn't hold. Avoid.

Roger Snow with ABC Plumbing had done work for us several times over the last few years. In trying to clear our backed up drain, a hole was made in our drain. Roger's immediate reaction was "it wasn't my fault and I will have to charge you to fix whatever is wrong". After having another company identify the exact problem and the cause, Roger did not step up and make good on the damage he had caused. My advice would be to be very careful with dealing with someone like this.
