Very disappointed in this company. The communication between the office and the contractors actually doing the work is not clear. I had to call numerous times to see when someone was actually going to come do work, then again to finish the work, and again to fill the hole back in. It took them 3+ weeks for them to complete a 3 day job just because no one was showing up to finish the job. Very frustrating and not happy with the finished work.

They did exactly what we thought should be done and for a fair price . ..Other companies wanted to charge more and would have been longer at the repair due to their process. We would absolutely recommend them and would absolutely use them again

Snowmagedon 2021 was not kind to the pipes on our garage apartment. In anticipation of that I had prescheduled several days in advance for ABC Plumbing to come out the day that temps were forecast to be above freezing. I tried calling earlier in the day to confirm but couldn't reach anyone. My appointment time came and went with no plumber. Sure enough a pipe burst. I was finally able to get hold of someone at about 5PM and they explained that they had so many emergency calls that they were way behind. Understandable, but I had scheduled my appointment. They called me back about 15 mins later and said they would definitely get someone out that night. Within an hour Skyler and Clayton showed and fixed it up. Unfortunately too many breaks and they had to cap the line into the apartment so the main house would have water. I'll have to reschedule more work but they were very fair with me on the price. I highly recommend ABC. Thanks Skyler and Clayton!

Steven was our plumber and he was wonderful. He found and repaired 5 pipes that had burst. The damage is immense but he climbed ladders and methodically found each burst pipe. The wet Sheetrock and insulation was a huge mess but he kept working through each leak. He tried to get a restoration company to come help with the mess. I would highly recommend the company especially if Steven is your plumber.

The bad weather caused havoc. Had a burst pipe and had to shut the main water line. Contacted several companies thru Yelp and given the high demand was skeptical about a timely response.

Jason from ABC plumbing replied and committed to sending someone the next day. Got a call from Steve this morning and he confirmed that he was on his way.

Steve arrived, examined the area and determined the problem really quick. The pipe was located in a tricky spot and Steve was efficient in fixing the problem. He was friendly and literally saved the day!

With several homes and establishments in North Texas impacted, I am grateful that ABC plumbing was able to help me in a timely manner.

I have their number saved for my future plumbing needs. Needless to say, have shared their contact with friends who are impacted as well.

Tonight, in the middle of the Big Winter Storm & freezing temps of 2021, we had a pipe crack/leak and Steven was a true "Winter Storm ANGEL"!! He came within 30 minutes of call (even at night), fixed our leak in the dark, was super nice and didn't break the bank at all (amazing)!!! We have already spread the word and recommended ABC to so many and will most definitely be calling again for any future needs!

STOP! Seriously, stop looking for plumbing services. This is the company for you.

We had a pipe in our bathroom crack that went directly to the sewer line AND the main line had a big ol hole in it as well.

The first company that came out had quoted us something so outrageous that the words "financing options available" were included for ONLY the bathroom and sewer line outside of the house (not including the main line inside the house). They hadn't even looked at the remainder of the house. Like, hello... red flags!! And that company had 5 stars...

We opted to get another quote and found ABC Plumbing on Yelp. Darryl and Alex came out, took way more time to see what they could do to get the situation fixed and unfortunately, we did have to replace a few pipes and fixed some spot areas. Overall, it was about a two and half week process as we had plans to be out of town. Alex spent a ton of time with us. Extremely down to earth. And we were out of pocket less than half of what the other dudes wanted.

Our house has been in working order for a week now and we are extremely grateful for ABC Plumbing and their crew.

Also, huge shout out to Desi Excavation who did an excellent job at digging under our house in record time (10 ft under the slab in 7 hrs and just 2 guys doing it). They also did an amazing job at redoing the concrete on the patio as well.

We can't say enough great things about this mom and pop shop.

Explained the issues I was having over the phone and got someone scheduled in a few days. When they showed up, they didn't know what problems I had and said they weren't told about it nor were they willing to fix it.

These guys are awesome and honest! Been using another plumber for 5 years but felt that the cost they quoted me for a major repair was bit steep. Found ABC Plumber. Saved some $$$ and they were really honest. You can't go wrong with these guys.
