DON'T USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!!
To make a long story short, Rick sent Josh to do a job in the beginning of December. It's the middle of March now and still haven't heard back from Rick. We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. I have a feeling Rick just doesn't care!! So if you still see this review then go with another plumber.

ABC plumbing replumbed my whole house. Great work! Both Rick and josh are trustworthy and do amazing work. I always recommend them for anyone with plumbing needs! Better prices too compared to other plumbers in the area!

I've used ABC plumbing for ~10 years and have always had great service! They have done minor and major repair jobs at my personal residence and at a rental property I owned. We also completely remodeled our master bathroom and they were the only plumber that the general contractor could get to do the job! They are very cost competitive and responsive. I have recommended friends and family to use them as well. They are my go to for plumbing needs.

ABC replumbed my entire house and added a bathroom as well. The do quality work at a reasonable price. They're very nice guys and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again or refer them to anyone that need a plumber. They went far and beyond to get everything the way I wanted it. ??

Have used ABC plumbing for almost 15 years! Quality work. Reasonable pricing. Have had several plumbing emergencies over the years and he shows up quickly to fix them. Also completely comfortable being home alone as a female and him being at the house. 5-star review.

He had a very poor work attitude. He showed up two hours late. Only fixed one thing and not everything and didn't even stay to see if it was fixed. Didn't even talk to us or explain what he did and only asked for money. The bill did not explain anything or items used in repair it had an amount owed and nothing more. It did not even have a company address listed on the bill.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company in my life. I am not sure which was worse their ethics or their quality of work.
We had to call a different company to repair what ABC did not fix right in the first place and would give that company a 5 star rating.

This rating meter needs a 10! Called on Monday morning at 8 due to very difficult to access PEX pipe leak in wall running from 1st floor to basement bathroom. Rick showed up 30 minutes later, made a minimally intrusive cut in to the top of the wall and had the bad section removed, replaced & crimped before I could down my first cup of coffee.

$85 for a repair that I feared would cost many hundreds & might take many hours. Wow...I have had a lot of bad service experiences in my 51 years but this was the fastest, most professional work that I have ever had done by anyone, ever.

Worst service in town they don't return calls they don't finish the job they don't clean up after themselves they are money hungry they are rude and don't have much equipment they kept asking me to borrow things because there stuff was on another truck very unprofessional and definitely not avaliable 24/7
