This is the worst provider. There is a leak in my AC unit and when I call the number there is an automated system (AI) that allegedly schedules appointments, yet nothing!!! There is no option to speak to an actual human. I scheduled an appointment Sunday 7/27 online for 7/28/2025 just to be sent a text saying my appointment is confirmed for 7/29.I have wasted a day off work, my unit is STILL leaking, and any number associated with this company leads back to this system. I guess they are no longer 24/7 . AWFUL!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Addressing low water pressure in bathroom sink; rodding bathtub in second floor bathroom. Both in 100+ year old home.
Don't ever use this company...they are the worst. I called for an appointment for my business A/C and gave them my business address. They told me that they would call when a tech was on the way. My son stayed home from work to meet them at the business location since my home is 14 miles away. He waited all day and finally around 5 pm I got a call that they were on their way. Around 6 pm a tech showed up at my residence. I told him that he was at the wrong location even though the work order was for the business. He said that he got my home address off of my cell number. He said that he would head there so I called my son to continue to wait for him. He never showed up. The next day I called and complained and was told that they couldn't come for two days. I asked them to be there at 11 am. The tech arrived around 3 pm and told me that my furnace and A/C units were old and that it would cost probably 12,000.00 to replace the furnace and another !0,000.00 to replace the A/C unit. When I balked at that assessment he told me that he could just replace a bad capacitor for about $850.00 and another $895.00 to clean the coils. I told him that that was crazy money since had just replaced the same units at my home for 6k for both units installed. He quipped ""Well that's ABC"". Once he left my son cleaned the coils and remove some ivy growth around the units exterior. Its been working fine ever since.
I would give them a negative rating below one star if I could.

I do not write many reviews, and I certainly do not enjoy giving out bad ones to anyone, but this one is absolutely warranted. ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling and Electric company has left a bad taste in my mouth by reneging on their own employee's word as well on their ""no breakdown"" guarantee. I had my AC tuned by them in May of this year and last month, it broke down and failed to properly cool the house. I called them regarding said problem last month, and they came to my property to look at the AC. Because of the ""no breakdown"" guarantee, they did not charge me. The problem was initially diagnosed (the coil was freezing up and had to be replaced), yet they refused to fix the problem despite their ""no breakdown"" guarantee stating they're supposed to do so at no charge (as listed on their own website). Eight days ago, on Monday, June 23rd, I called the company's customer service phone number and spoke to Raphael to see if they can fix my AC at no charge as per their guarantee. Raphael initially resisted but then spoke to his manager, and, after a 30-minute hold, came back to tell me that both he and his manager agreed with my position to repair my AC at no charge. I hung up but called customer service back again that evening just to confirm; I got a hold of Raphael, who once again stated that he was completing some paperwork for the install team to get the repair started. Tuesday, June 23rd, they sent out a technician to my home for a ""second opinion."" Despite their prior agreement, the technician and their manager indicated that they cannot do the repair at no charge. Having been told two contrasting things by this company, I called customer service for a third time in the hopes of resolving this issue. I was told this discussion will now go to their ""customer experience"" team, in which an employee named Rob stated that he would need to ""research it further."" Today is July 1st, over a week later, and my family, like many others who trusted this company, is enduring the brutal summer heat. The company has still failed to reach out to me, and, more importantly, provided a resolution, preferably by either repairing my AC or offering me another alternative. You have failed to uphold your guarantee as listed on your own website, and it is apparent that your team lacks proper communication and customer service skills. One cannot trust a company that doesn't even follow through on their own employee's words!
ABC gave me a price of 900.00 to fix water pipe. I was able to repair it for 8.00

D C.Outrageous pricing for common plumbing service call. I called ABC for a leak in our upstairs bathroom faucet that leaked to our downstairs family room. The estimate provided was to replace 2 stop valves and purchase and install 2 new faucets p-trap and piping for a whopping price of $5863.50. OMG I didn't want a bathroom remodel! so I called another company and they did the work and only charged me $425 I bought my own faucets for $140 total spent $565. Get a second opinion if you're considering ABC
