Had Jim and Eric at my mothers house to repair her hvac system getting ready for summer. Her system was low on Freon and a possible leak. He was super knowledgeable, very kind and professional. He took the time to explain what he had done and did an excellent job. This is not an honest business, period. (Jim) The manager of this business (who has a wonderful personality) has been my Moms long standing hearted guy for some time. So one ( a while ago) time, we asked for a check (ducked check) underneath the house. And informed us ""your ducked needs to be replaced"". WRONG, my brother an HVC guy, said ""wrong"" someone is trying to fleece you.I'm sorry, but, right is right. And wrong is wrong.

With all things considering and this pandemic going on, Adam was quick and nice repairing a leak we had in one of the bathrooms of our house. Our fault on our end, but he even came back to give us our change back. Thank you so much for all your help!

This company is awful, I had an appointment yesterday between 9am-10am. I decided to call and confirm the appointment after sitting on hold for 25 minutes they answer and tell me the guy is going to be late. When I made the appointment I told them that the heater is in the attic and to bring a ladder. The guy shows up late in a little car without a ladder. I am a little upset, i go inside and let my brother talk to him. Then I get a call from the company rudely telling me that I needed to be present when the guy showed up. I told them that I was present but the guy showed up without ladder and was not able to do his job. They gave me another appointment for the next day(today) between 1-2pm. I woke up this morning and decided that I don't think i should do business here. I tried to call the company and cancel my appointment. Again placed on hold by automated system with no way to leave a message. I sat on hold for about 5 minutes hung up. Its now after 1pm and i have tried to cancel two more times and still just get placed on hold. ITS 130pm and the company just called to tell me that a guy will be here at 2pm. i advised that I have been trying to cancel my appointment all morning with no luck. Then the doorbell rings and the guy is here, He was on time and seemed very nice ... unfortunately I am afraid to do business with a company that I can not get hold of. Sorry guys, This new system you have is not working. I really wanted to find a good local company

Do not trust this company they have horrible customer service. I've called on multiple occasions for a leak under my sink and every time they send someone out it gets worse. They over charge for prices I can get better somewhere else. I've also made a phone call to the owner himself and he is the biggest pervert I've ever met and super unprofessional and rude like his customer's opinions don't matter. Please I WARN you this place is a SCAM!!!

Do not trust this company. They over charge for parts and over inflate their time spent on the job doing half ass work. The technician Jonathan was called out to fix leaking valves in our laundry room. He replaced the hot water valve and DIDN'T EVEN CHECK the cold water valve which was in the off position. If he would've checked he would've known it was leaking also and needed to be replaced. He claimed I only told him the hot water valve was leaking which is false. I had no idea which valves were leaking the person who installed my brand new washing machine just reported it. He also said he was just trying to do a ""quick fix."" We said we didn't want a quick fix we wanted it done right! I asked him to replace the laundry room faucet sink which I supplied. This was about the only thing he did correct on the job. I sent him a list of repairs yet & he took photos but he still showed up to my house without the parts and charged me $90 for him to go shop at Home Depot. I also asked him to reset one toilet with a wax less ring. He either didn't read the instructions or didn't know how the universal wax less ring works because it has layers you can remove for different floor heights. He reset the toilet which sat about 1/2 inch above our wood floor and told us we needed wedges. We didn't need wedges if he would have used the proper height for the ring. I also asked him to strap the water heater and replace the TPR valve. Whatever he did caused the water heater to back up from the WH closet into my laundry room which I found the next morning after he left. I will never use ABC plumbing again and I wouldn't recommend using their unlicensed technicians who don't know how to do proper work. I called another licensed plumber who is correcting the repairs of what ABC Plumbing did.

This company definitely knows what they are doing when it comes ac repair. We've had countless handymec companies come out all of them wanted to replace the units which was out of the question at 25,000 for both. But called ABC and they had Jim out in a few days he worked on the units and had them up and running in no time, Sean came out to do a checkup on the units and he also did a great job! These guys ended up saving us 23,000 bucks! I'd go with them again.

Waited on them ALLLLLLLLLLL day once. Called to see what was going on and the lady tells me ' oh the plumber had something to do so he won't be making it ' ummmmmm ok thanks for the heads up .
