Our well pump had stopped working. Jim had us back up and running within 2 hours of calling. Well done, and thanks!

I give ABC Plumbing 1/2 Star! They're over priced and misleading.

My 94 year old mother's well pump pressure switch failed one afternoon around 4 PM, I called ABC Plumbing, and Tim arrived just before 6 PM, that was the last bit of good news.

He wasn't here more than 5 minutes, before he told me the price would be $500 dollars, that seemed like a lot to replace a switch, but with 3 women at home and no running water, I didn't have many options at that point, so I told him to go ahead and replace the switch, he also replaced the capacitor and charged an extra $50 dollars, I was first told, the price was $500, now it's $550, I started to feel like he was taking advantage of the situation.

The fun's not over yet, he then told me that the tank was full of sediment and needed to be replaced because the pump kept turning on and off, which originally caused the switch to fail. He said he would order a tank and let me know when it arrived, he didn't mention a price, so I had no idea what the cost was going to be, but based on his price of $550 to replace a switch and capacitor, I knew a new tank replacement wasn't going to be good.

At NO COST, I looked on YOU-TUBE, and found out that my tank was overfilled/waterlogged (not filled with sediment like Tim said), and needed to be drained, which I did, and now everything is running without the switch turning on and off constantly.

Thanks YOU TUBE!

Hey there Tim! I will be reporting you to the California State Licensing Board for abuse of the elderly. You took advantage of an elderly woman who didn't know any better when you charged her $2,200 to replace a hot water heater, and then refused to provide an itemized receipt or work order. It's illegal for you to not have a signed contract, illegal for you to abuse and take advantage of the elderly, and incredibly unprofessional to yell and scream at me on the phone when you said the water heater was only $1k and I asked why you charged an additional $1,200 in ""parts and labor."" Not only did you yell at me and disrespect me, but when my husband took the phone to talk to you after your blatant disrespect, you told him ""now we can have a real conversation"" as if you think you are above having a civil conversation with a woman. Trust me when I say that I am much nicer than my husband who has been in construction for 25 years, and you'll be getting some correspondence from the state soon.

This dude is a scam artist. Got a quote to install a water softener. He says $800-1000k. Okay. No calls no shows then reschedules. Then when he finally shows up the following week he says the price changed to $2,000 minimum. His reasoning was ""cuz it just did. I looked at the system and that's what it is."" Very rude DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Tim and his son, Josh, just today replaced our leaky 31-year-old 75 gallon water heater with a brand new Noritz 9.5gpm tankless system. From beginning to end, the pair were polite, professional, clean and effective. Tim went above and beyond my expectations, doing much more work than we originally agreed to, including unclogging a drain that has been an issue for a while, adding a ""T"" and shutoff to the gas line for a future drier addition, and completely replacing my primary water main inlet ball valve. Even though we had agreed to a price initially, all the extra work I expected to get an extra bill for, but Tim appears to be a man of his word, and he handed me an invoice for the exact price quoted 2 days prior.

When I first agreed to accept his price and hire ABC Plumbing, I was concerned I may have jumped the gun by not shopping around, but I am so pleased I decided to stick with Tim. I would have no hesitation in calling him next time I need something plumbing-related taken care of, and heartily recommend his services to anyone in need of them.

After hip replacement I required an upgrade in my bathroom. I wasn't allowed to return home and have physical therapy done at my residence without the upgrade. Within one day of my return home, ABC Plumbing was able to meet my needs and my transition home was a breeze.

If we could give no stars we would. We needed a new water heater and called this guy on a recommendation from a friend. The price he quoted was $2500. He said the water heater was $775. This was for a Bradford white 50 gallon unit. It took under 2 hours to install so that leaves $1725 for labor. That's $862 PER HOUR!!!! I wish I had done what my parents did and called Sears. Had we looked at these reviews before calling them we would have looked elsewhere. We also got no paperwork with the unit. Only a hand written receipt.

Stay away from this maniac. He tried to charge $1150 to repair a broken copper pipe. Job should have cost no more than $460. He called me every name in the book and threatened bodily harm if I did not pay. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called requesting a quote for work. They said they would be by at noon the following day. I took the time off work. It's now 315 Pm and no phone call or plumber. If you say your going to do something then do it. If an event gets in the way then make a phone call so folks are not wasting their time waiting.
