Quick friendly response. San came out and gave me a quote which was a very fair price. I planned on using them to repair a line to my refrigerator but over the hot holiday weekend my brother-in-law did the work because he really wanted the ice machine working. I plan on using them nest time I need plumbing services though.

I called ABC for inadequate water pressure in my kitchen faucet at my home in Sacramento. I was afraid it might be due to the ancient pipes in my old house, but it turned out to be due to debris in the water supply line. The plumber came on time and corrected the problem at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE WITH ABC PLUMBING.
ABC PLUMBING tried to do a BAIT AND SWITCH With the ""Free Estimate""
Based on recent interaction with ABC I am Very disappointed with ABC plumbing. Based on there online reviews I was expecting a higher level of service and better experience from ABC plumbing.
Unfortunately that is not the case. I contacted ABC for issue with my water heater and they said they would send someone out to provide me a FREE estimate.
The tech came out and said ""that it would take too long for him to look at my water heater and that he had other calls that he had to get to that day. That I should call a different plumbing company.""
I could not believe what I was hearing from the tech but assumed that ABC plumbing had probably overbooked him or his was simply following ABC plumbing's instructions and directives.
Unfortunately that was not ideal for me as the homeowner with a broken water heater. I was left with a broken water and no estimate to repair.
Now weeks later ABC plumbing is sending me a bill?!?! After they promised a free estimate. They never provided me any contract verbally or in writing. They said the estimate would be FREE. I am very disappointed in how ABC Plumbing has handled this from start to finish.
Beware everyone from ABC Plumbing. Get everything in writing upfront!

I used this company for my business and each time they come out the job is never complete. Since September I have paid over 6,000 and the issue still exists. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager says he is not available. No worries we will take our business elsewhere. My advice move on from this company and don't waste your money.

I called the company and Aron came out same day. the issue
was with washing machine draining properly. Aron snaked it out
and said the line was clear. He put water through the hose but
didn't do a rinse cycle with washer to see if there was backflow.
Problem not resolved and they would not come out without another
159 and told them to stand behind their work. They said it could
be clear for one day or 5 yrs..refused to make me happy. therefore
1 star...customer service was not there so don't bother wasting
your $ here. It shows you they don't care about the customer
or completing work.

I called ABC after another company had left me in the lurch. ABC was helpful in answering my questions over the phone and had a plumber to my house in less than an hour. Dave was professional, a great communicator, and supremely competent. He fixed our issue in under an hour. I will definitely recommend ABC's Dave for any future plumbing needs.

Dave has fixed the plumbing in my apartment twice on a Saturday night close to midnight. Both times due to neighbors flushing a bunch of trash down the toilet and backing up the sewer. Every time he comes he has a smile on his face and really puts my mind at ease with his confidence. Within minutes he cleans up the jam and everything is flowing smooth again. He is the most kind and hardworking individual that I have ever had work in my apartment.

Both sinks had backed up along with my toilet and I called ABC Plumbing and specifically asked for Dave Koopmeiners as he had been recommended to me by a friend. He arrived quickly, was so professional and did an excellent job. Their hourly rate is $159, but he was able to accomplish the task within the hour for me. I will definitely contact this company for future plumbing issues...thanks, Dave, for great service!

Unfortunately we could get not get good service with this company, When we called and told what needed to be fixed , we told them exactly what the problem was so they would be prepaid.

The technician came out and stated he did the work but it was still leaking and cannot fix it. Unless we paid another $300 on top of the $285. This was simply to replace a faucet and two water lines, the screw on type. We had the Faucet. We told them forget it we will call someone else to do the simple job. We paid $$285 for nothing. Another plumbing company came out and charged $85 to do it. Took less then 30 mins. Lost our business of over 5 years after we called and they stood behind the plumbers billing.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never used a less professional or lower quality company. We booked ABC plumbing to repair/replace two outdoor drainage pipes. In completing this job they cut our internet and 4 sprinkler lines. Well this was annoying however the part that I find unacceptable is the fact that they did not tell us any of these mistakes and simply tried to cover them up. If they had told me they had cut the internet I could have had it fixed a day earlier. They knew that the sprinkler lines were active(they later said they saw water rushing out of them when they cut them) and simply decided to rebury the cut lines that were leaking water leading to flooding on the side of my house. We ended up having to spend more then then 4 full days and multiple trips to the store re digging up and repairing all the lines ourselves ( when i called their 24hr line to have them come fix it they never called back). Spent weaks arguing with them over the phone, they would not let me speak to a manager above the person I was speaking to. This company caused more problems then they fixed for us and were extremely unprofessional. I would never use this company or recommend them
