So I called to have an estimate done to replace my furnace and A/C. Nobody showed up! When I called for an explanation they said they had the address mixed up in the database with a street of the same name in Crown Point Indiana. (I'm in Illinois)
I looked up Crown Point and there is no such street in Crown Pont with the same name as the one I live on.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled the estimate for 3 days again.
Guess what? They stood me up again!
I called for an explanation and I got the same excuse...you guessed it ..they had the wrong address!
The address excuse was obviously B.S.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

You absolutely DO NOT want to do business with this company! They quote a very high price based on their ""we charge by the job, not the hour"" model. Then they don't actually do anything close to the value of what they charge. At least with an hourly rate you know what you are paying for. They quoted me $2800 to fix a toilet leaking at the base and 2 leaky sinks, all in the same bathroom. It took the technician about 4 hours to fix the toilet. He then replaced the p-traps that were a little corroded but not the problem. The actual problem is with the water valves, they are corroded and need replacing. They claim that I need to change out the current faucets because they have fixed water supply lines instead of flexible. OK, but then they quoted at least an ADDITIONAL $1000 per faucet to purchase from them and they install, or an ADDITIONAL $500 to install faucets they I don't purchase from them. Unbelievable. I was very generous with requesting only a $2000 refund since even $800 is too much to pay for what they did with the toilet. They don't return calls or emails. Horrible company to deal with. No wonder they get other bad ratings on Yelp and NO 5 star ratings on angi.com. Read other reviews. Again, don't do business with this company!

2 Outside water faucets neede to be repaired or replaced. Called ABC and they did come out within 3 hours. Charged us $60 for an estimate. Chris the tech said $5000.00 to replace only faucets with turn off. We did not want turn offs, price then went to $3000.00. We said no thank you& had to pay the $60.00. 3 other local plumbing companies quoted us about $200-300.00 over the phone for the job. Called our company we always use, came out in afternoon, repaired the 2 units in less than 40 minutes at $279.00. DO NOT USE ABC, they are RIPOFF artists BIG TIME, telling all our friends, NEIGHBORS, etc!!!

this So-called company says it has 24 hour service so we called them at 10:00 P.M. no reply. Called again at 10:30 P.M. still no answer. They never called. Please don't use this service. They could careless what your needs are. As a side note, I called this company to let them know that I am writing this poor review. I am going to go to other sites to post the same thing
