They ripped off one of my elderly friends for $500 for a simple job and almost did the same with another - she said she'd rather have a broken toilet than spend almost $400. She contacted another plumber who repaired it for under $50.

We have been a loyal customer of ABC Plumbing & Rooter for several years and have never considered changing companies. They have done many different jobs for us; from a massive project in 2016 to small jobs like today; installing a brand new Delta kitchen faucet. Our serviceman was Wess, who was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job, and did it right; in a very small space under our kitchen sink. We feel very comfortable in recommending Wess with ABC for your plumbing needs.

I purchased a new water softener and needed help installing it, after calling numerous plumbing companies the people at ABC stood out and were the company I chose to do business with. In an unknown sea of unknown plumbing companies I found them to be super friendly, fast responding and reasonably priced. Needless to say they did an amazing job on the install and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Don't waste your time looking at other companies, ABC is the easy choice for quality work.

Beware! This company will try to rip you off if they can get away with it.

A few months ago ABC Plumbing and Rooter repaired a leaking water main under my driveway. It cost $3,000 to repair, which seemed reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. The ground stayed wet for a very long time after the repair. After 2 months there was still a wet area near where the water main connects to the house and the ground was sinking. There is also a valve box for the drip system next to the repaired line.

At my request they sent someone out to find out what the issue was. They only had to dig down, in wet ground, about 6 inches to find the leak. Just above the water main was a pipe for the sprinkler system. It had a very obvious slice in it from a shovel, no doubt caused by the workmen digging up the water main immediately below it.

I was at work when the repairman identified the problem. Though he admitted no fault for the damage, and since I hadn't yet seen for myself, the cause of the leak, I just instructed them to fix it. After all, how much could it cost to replace a 3 foot section of sprinkler line? Total repair time about 30 minutes to 1 hour and about $2 worth of material.

I returned home shortly after while they were repairing it and saw for myself the cause of the leak and realized that their original repair was the cause of it. Wanting to be fair about it, I was generously willing to pay something for their time even though it was their fault.

I was shocked when they handed me a bill for $398! I again reiterated that this whole problem was their fault and that the amount they wanted to charge was ridiculous. They guy called his office and I even talked to who I supposed was a manager. Expecting they would not charge me anything or at least greatly reduce the bill to something reasonable, they instead told me that I had to pay the full amount.

I told them I would not pay that bill. They hadn't given me any estimate prior to doing the work (my mistake) and there was no way I would have agreed to have them do the work at that price. I could easily have done the repair myself for free, but I am busy, and I suspected from the beginning that it was caused by their error.

They asked me what I was willing to pay so I told them I would pay them $100, which was still more than it was worth. I would not do business with this company again.

Had a water heater problem. ABC Plumbing (Wess) was on the spot same day. Diagnosed the problem and the next morning Wess installed a new water heater (without help).
If anyone is looking for an honest professional I strongly recommend Wess from ABC Plumbing. Quality work from one of the best.

Do NOT use this company! They will ripe you off and the customer service is terrible. This company came recommended and I couldn't be more disappointed. On Thursday February 21,2019 the water in the bathtub of our main bathroom would not turn off. I reached out to our community Facebook page and this company was recommended. Plus a supervisor lived in the community. The company was responsive to my request, informed me of the $79 service charge just for coming to my home. I agreed to the charge and scheduled the service. The tech showed up just before lunch on Friday February 22nd. The tech walked into the bathroom and immediately knew we needed to replace the cartridge. The faucet was already disassembled. He removed the the cartridge and told me he would get the part. I was NEVER told the price of the part or labor cost. The job itself took less than 10 minutes to complete. Wess told me there was other plumbing work that we should do and suggested I schedule another job with him. He quoted me prices for future jobs. After he was done telling me everything wrong he finally told me I owed him $501 for the work he completed. I couldn't believe my eyes or ears at the cost. I questioned the part being super expensive based on the invoice. Wess advises he is not hourly and while someone could do the work cheaper it wouldn't be done with quality. I reached out to the company to discuss my concerns. Was promised a call back almost daily. It took 2 weeks to get a response by email and I was offered a discount off future work. My complaint was not addressed. Overcharged, deception, no integrity and terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company.

They came to check out a possible leak under our stairs that are in the middle of our home. The service guy was great! He did a thorough check under our stairs and closet and then also went down the connecting walls to make sure there was not a leak. He showed me how he was checking and how his device worked to help understand where water could be. He didn't find anything and sprayed some anti-microbial. Very pleased with pricing and service! Would definitely recommend them.
