I thought I might have hit lucky for once but NO.

They came on time, they gave a quote, he started the work, but then I noticed he seemed slow and then he said he was almost out of gas for the blow torch so it was taking a long time, but he kept on for another 10 mins then he called another plumber to see if he was close by to bring him some gas. The guy wasn't so he continued trying to make it work. By this stage I was worried that I was not going to get a decent job if he was unable to seal it with the torch, so I called the office. I guess the guy I spoke to thought I was another stupid woman, so he starts to treat me like "" so ma'am when did you call?"" I answered this morning and then he said ""then you should be glad we turned out today!"" Really! I called four plumbers and they all offered today.
Then I get, ""so he'll come back to the office(Waste another 30 mins of my time) then he'll bring the gas back, finish the job and you'll be all happy""!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No I would be happy if I was treated with respect, without so much of my time wasted.
But one thing we know is there are plenty of other plumbers out there to do the job and most of them are offering some sort of discount.

This sounds crazy, but it actually happened! I have my pool backwash system set up to drain into the clean out located in the driveway. I connect a PVC pipe with a screw on fitting from the backwash outlet, remove the clean out cover and backwash the pool. Works great until someone (the wife) pulls into the driveway and runs over the PVC pipe. Just my luck....a 6"" section of the PVC pipe ends up down in the clean out, 3' under the driveway. ABC to the rescue! They had the tools and the talent. After about an our of trying to dislodge the PVC section, it was time to dig. The work was fast, clean and less costly than I thought for a job like that. I've used ABC for a number of jobs that are a little to big for my basic skills. Fast, courteous, and honest...they do what they say they will at the price they give.

These guys really are the best of the best. From the owner all the way down. Work is top notch and reasonable for sure. The guys are all knowledgeable and friendly. Work is done in a timely manner and without hassles. Competent for sure. I won't go anywhere else. The owner is one of the best people around and will come out to make sure all is well.

As a business, we really need to have our restrooms in working order. We had a toilet that is old and needed repair asap. They came out in no-time flat and completely fixed the problem and everything is as good as new! I thought they were a bit pricey, but in all honesty, I think they were actually reasonable.
I will keep their name around if I require plumbing services at my home. I'm happy to find them.

When it rains it pours!

About two months after listing my house for sale I entered my garage to find that the massive water heater in the closet had blown a valve and was leaking all over the floor. I called several different pluming companies and got quotes to replace and install a new water heater and ABC Plumbing was about $450 less than the next closest quote (Home Depot included). They were out within 24 hours and installed the new heater and disposed of the old one for the quoted price. I an very happy with their service and affordability and would highly recommend them.

Consider this one star rating a negative star rating. This company was contracted through our home warranty company. We never used them. In fact, I refused to use ABC after they hung up the phone on us twice and never called to schedule an appointment.
