Adam is a typical WS asshole. We won't be calling this guy or the company. Nothing wrong with pipes under basement floor but Adam the plumber wanted to break up our floor and it wasn't warranted.

In fact, terrible. I am out a bundle of mony because I put faith in what these plumbers told me. Fortunately, before I had them do additional work (that ended up being unnecessary) I saved a HUGE amount of money. I should have contacted my home owner's insurance company sooner. They sent out some trouble shooters that ran the same tests that ABC did and found none of ABC's results were correct. ABC wanted almost $8000.00 to tear up my basement in order to remedy a problem that proper snaking took care of. An expensive learning experience for this very old lady. Knowing what I now know I wouldn't recommend ABC to anyone. It's enough to make one lose faith in humanity. My first encounter with this company cost me $4000.00, or $1.000.00 per hour. As I mentioned, an expensive learning experience.
Stay away this company.

Called & asked for a free estimate. They sent someone out asap, after about 20 minutes of him looking at my pipes I hear cutting & tell him to stop & give me a price so I can talk to my wife about if we're going to keep doing it or not. I come back downstairs to him saying ""I just went ahead & finished up"" after he called the office to argue with the scheduler for not doing her job he then takes the pipes as I'm talking to my wife again & sneaks out with them telling me he left mines behind them jumped in his car & ran away. Luckily the owner of the company made it right by buying me some new parts so I can redo what I originally did but I still wouldn't recommend them to anyone but my worst enemy

He told me about another problem
He could be honest with me from the beginning and tell me that everything need to be changed but apparently they want more and more money from the customer if the people trust you don't think they are stupid

I have used ABC services a number of times. I have found ABC to be efficient,
professional, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them for their work ethics and feel anyone that uses their services will be more than happy with their choice. THANKYOU ABC

Called for ruptured water heater. Plumber (John) did fine job but I mistakenly trusted him to bill my wife fairly, who paid without discussing. Turns out he charged me almost $200 more than we discussed. Called him the next day to discuss and he agreed to refund me the $200, said he would work with the front desk to arrange the refund. Its now been over a month, at least 5 calls and 3 messages later with no call backs and I am officially chalking the $200 up to a dishonest business that won't stand behind their word. There are too many other honest plumbers in the area to give these guys your business, call any of the others listed first.

JR just left a happy customer. I'll call this place again for sure.
The valve in the shower of the master bath took a crap and I couldn't get it to close this morning. ABC was the only company that could get out here right away. They were fast, efficient and, I think, reasonable. Way to go ABC.
