Horrible. Was supposed to install a dishwasher purchased at Lowe's. Waited all day and complete no show. No regard that people take off work and/or have other obligations. Avoid!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY ... they came out to fix a bathroom pipe ... I called them back because the problem still exit .. the company gave me a window time from 10-3pm .... did not show up .....I had to call several times .. not till 7 pm they wanted to come to my house .. I said absolutely not .. I called the next day to complain about my concerns and their sloppiness of service ... the manger is so inept he doesn't realized that having someone waiting for hours and didn't event call the customer isn't best customer service ........

Very bad service provider. I didn't choose this terrible plumbing installer. Instead, I bought a dish washer from Lowes and was assigned to this installer. Through the entire process, they were very unhelpful and even threatened to cancel my order just because they don't know how to deal with insurance certificate. I paid the installation fees and still need to spend a lot of time to figure out all the process and communicate with them and Lowes. I guess my fault was to purchase the appliance at Lowes. Good luck if you do business with this installer and Lowes.

Never did I have a seen a contract service like this. Plumber walks in with muddy boots, did not prepare shoe covers. Started with a very defensive attitude, emphasizing his years of experience that nothing had went wrong before. Had to get me to help with a bossy multiple times during installation.
Business owner could not handle my complaint and hung up on me eventually. Same deal with the deflecting attitude. First said this plumber was not one of theirs, then questioned me why it's hard to help the plumber while it's my house.

Terrible contracted service through Lowe's. The company did not respond to numerous phone messages (from Lowe's and my family). They were supposed to arrive between a 4-hour window - they didn't show up. Avoid at all costs.

The owner of Payless Plumbing came over to fix stoppage (sluggish draining) in our dual kitchen sink. He did not really do much - just filled up each sink and then let it drain. One of the sinks has Garbage Disposal. He turned on the disposal as he drained that sink. The drainage improved slightly but was still sluggish. When I mentioned that to him, he said, ""I have been doing this for over 20 years and this draining is fine"".

Well, I have been using sinks for all my life and that is far more than 20 years. I could tell that the problem was still there and the drain could continue to clog and eventually completely stop. I paid him for the visit and asked him about the warranty which he said was for 30 days.

In 28 days, the drainage stopped completely so I called Payless Plumbing to take them up on their warranty. The owner was downright nasty, abusive and did not want to come over unless I agreed to pay him again. He said, I was making it up, that he remembered that I had told him that I would call again in less than 30 days which I had not. I offered to text him the picture of standing water in the sink to which he said, ""You have stuffed food in you sink to make it stop."" Later, he said I was being an a**hole.

Imagine that, I would stuff food in my own sink, destroying my property for what? So that, this dishonest, sorry excuse for a human being could walk into my home and make me and my loved ones feel dirty with his presence.

Had I known, what this business and his owner were like, he would never have come into my home even the first time. He is certainly not coming here ever again and in my opinion he should not be allowed in homes of all decent, hard working, honest families who expect others to be honest and decent to them.

After buying a dishwasher from lowes on November 12, this ""company"" was subcontracted to do the installation. After not hearing from anyone for a week I decided to call lowes to let them know I never heard from anyone. That day a lady (Colleen) called me to schedule my install for the earliest date (November 22) between 9:00am-5:00pm. After waiting around all day on the 22nd i decided to call Colleen at 3:00pm. She claimed she called me at 8:00 that morning because they had to reschedule (I never received that call or VM fyi)...She claimed that they had limited staff and a bunch of Water Heaters that needed to be installed before the holiday, and that is ""more important than my dishwasher install"". So I rescheduled the appointment for November 28, again the only window she could give me was between 9-5 (so this means another day off of work). I made sure to call her at 9:00 on the 28th to confirm they were coming that day (which she said they absolutely were, but couldn't give me a better window). After waiting around until 3:00 that day and not hearing anything my wife called her back just to make sure they were still coming. Colleen was nasty on the phone, didn't have any of our information correct, and told us that ""calling her all the time wasn't going to make things go any faster."" Needless to say this is no way to do business, I can't see how this company even exists. I have placed my complaint with Lowes, they are getting me a new subcontractor to come install the dishwasher and giving me reimbursement for my troubles. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of using this ""company"" to reconsider and use one of the other highly rated plumbers in your area!
