Made an appointment on Friday for 8am-9am on Monday.

Clayton didn't show up for our early appointment made only 3 days before I called a couple of tines and service said they contacted him. He didn't retirn my call. Eventually I called aga8n . He didn't seem to care or explain. The end.

I have used ABC in the past for my rental property in Longmont and they were great. However I called them last Monday 02/18/19 because our main drain was backed up. I spoke with Clayton and set an appointment for yesterday between 1-4. We left our ski vacation early to be home in time to meet them. No one showed up and no phone call to let us know when they would be by. Today is Friday the 23rd and we have not heard a word my ABC! Needless to say I will never call them again!! Their customer service SUCKS!!!!

We awoke to the last thing anyone wants to see on a Saturday morning, poop floating in our basement. As I tried to get ahold of sewer cleaning companies who had so-called weekend and emergency hours, none of them came through ... except ABC. And I'm so glad Clayton was able to come to our rescue! He was prompt, courteous, and a knowledgeable professional. His experience really showed and he educated me as he did the cleaning. He was also considerate and took extra steps to ensure the rooter didn't get our house dirty. Next time I have an issue, I know exactly who to call first, and look forward to having Clayton come out again.
