I called ABC 3 times!!!! Ist call, I was on hold 25 min, 2nd call told me they were closed and it was only 4:15 pm, 3rd calll, on hold 10 min. Not worth my time and effort!

ABC has postponed work at my house since August 2021. First they did not obtain proper permits, then there were scheduling issues, then their drilling company was unreliable, and the problems continue to mount without resolution. When I voiced my displeasure with them they asked to be cancelled from the job. I've waited 6 months. They need to complete the job.

They are now telling Angi, BBB, and whatnot that they were never supposed to do work at my house which is odd when I and the person who contracted them have emails from ABC.

Completely frustrated with the lack of follow up on our incomplete install and the questions we had around getting it resolved. Told to send in pictures and then never heard anything for a full month. They even sent someone out to take care of a leak we had with the new fixtures and he took pictures and said he would escalate. Again, sat waiting for a response for another week. Finally, they told us a manager or owner would call same day to address, but guess what, they didn't. Not to mention everyone we spoke with claimed they had no clue what was going on. The running around I was made to do to make it look like they were going to respond/assist and complete our project per agreed upon estimate was such a waste. Everything started out fine but they've completely dropped the ball on wrapping up our project and providing us with a resolution. Thanks for leaving us with an exposed hole in our wall and mismatched plumbing

While i think they fixed the problem at my mom's house, several things were completely inexcusable.
1st - my mom was told landscaping repair was not included. ok fine, but she was overwhelmed at how much landscaping was needed after the work. I suggest this be made A LOT clearer on the estimating end of things.

2nd - she made it clear to the people on site (estimator & crew) that she had a dog and the gates needed to be closed. Well, that did NOT happen. Not only did the crew leave a gate open, it was left open with a pile of dirt between the gate and the post it needed to be latched to!!!! So in the dark, with a flashlight, my 83yo mother (with terrible balance, btw) had to make her way over to the far side of the house and struggle to get the gate shut. Seriously, guys???? If her dog had gotten out, this review would be the very least of your worries. If she had fallen or injured herself while closing the gate your guys should never have left open, again, this review would be the least of your worries.

3rd, I attempted to discuss these concerns with someone about this in person. I called on 9/16/21 and was on hold for 14 minutes before talking to a lady. I asked for a call from a supervisor and I left my name & ph# with her. She told me no problem, and that I'd probably be called from a blocked or restricted ph #.
It's now 9/24 -over a week later- and no call back. So hence this review.

After our experience with ABC, I suggest looking elsewhere for your needs.

A backed up sewer drain is never pleasant. We called several companies before we found this amazing company that was able to take care of the problem the same day and the bonus is..... they were not over priced. Decent pricing. They came out and quoted a hot water tank replacement. Was not the best price around. They were recommended to me by a friend, but I did feel a little uncomfortable with the technician. I felt a little pressured. Ended up going with a different contractor.
