I have the old clay pipe type of sewer line. A section of it had collapsed and I had a very slowly draining sewer. I called around to several plumbers to get quotes on the work and got some truly outrageous quotes. I was wasting my time calling all those other guys because Alex was very reasonable and got the work done right away without all the crazy upselling that I had to listen to from the other guys.

Alex had a helper with him but Alex did all the work. The helper simply handed Alex the tools when he needed them.

Recently had an issue with the shower water not coming out. Alex showed me what the issue was and told me it was so easy that I can do it. He gave a really simple explanation of how to install cartridges and charged me almost nothing. Had to call Alex after PG&E found that my pool gas line was leaking. Called him - he came over the same day to eliminate the problem.
He was generous with digging (meaning that no back yard remodeling needed after he was done), fast, efficient and generous with the price.

Very pleasant to have business with but hope I wont need him for long time :)

I'm writing to thank you Alex for an excellent customer service experience. About two years ago I had my tankless water heater installed by AM/PM Plumbing. One morning the water heater suddenly stops producing hot water and I panic. Immediately I called Alex and he was very professional and knowledgeable on answered my questions, spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, and walked me through the processes of getting the water heater to work again.
