Mr Abbot is an absolute class act and amazing human being; he has returned my phone calls as late as 11 o'clock at night and has altered his schedule to accommodate mine many times. My last failed DIY project was a pot filler that I improperly installed; the leak I created was so bad it soaked three complete sheets of drywall; Carl returned my call at 11 o'clock PM and was in my house repairing the problem at 0730 the next morning (he offered to come out that night). His work ethic is unmatched, his work is superior and he has the most reasonable prices. if his prices were high I would still pay it because he is that good and worth it. MWRadd

Very impressed with the speed and service of this company. Had a Sunday morning plumbing emergency and called probably a dozen plumbers. This was the ONLY plumbing service that 1) answered the phone 2) got someone out here in about an hour and 3) had VERY reasonable rates. Another company I called, Ben Franklin plumbing quoted us $250 just to come out!! Any services done would be on top of that price! Abbott Plumbing did it all for less than that. The technician (I believe his name was Jason) was extremely professional, courteous and genuinely did everything he could to save us money. He completed the job in under an hour, which saved us more money, and did very good work. I will definitely call this company first in the future. This is how a company should operate. I am in the process of remodeling my home and have come across several plumbing issues as I go. With the first problem I called several other plumbers and they quoted me a lot higher price than Abbott's. I called Abbott's and they were able to get out within a few days to do the work. They showed up, were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, explained everything to me, completed the work in a very timely manner, and did not charge me a fortune for the work. Since then I have called upon them several more times to fix problems as they are discovered and I have received the same excellent service as the first time, whether it be the owner or one of his employees who comes out. I will continue to use Abbott's Plumbing any time I have a plumbing problem and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.
