Apparently, ABB will only provide you service if they think the job will be easy. I called to have a clogged toilet fixed and got a call back from Chad who said he would come that evening. I asked if they had a camera since that bathroom doesn't have a clean-out. He groaned and said they may have to pull the toilet and would instead come the following morning when the truck with the camera would be available. I called at 11am the next morning to Chad (no answer). Called the dispatch who said they would check and get back with me. They didn't. I called a couple hours later and the dispatch phone went straight to voice mail. So I called another plumber who sent 2 guys that evening and they immediately knew the problem was in the septic tank. One hour later, I was back in business. This isn't the first time I've called ABB and gotten lost. No way to run a company!

More of the same, this leak went unnoticed by whoever reads the meter. ABB Plumbing showed us on the gauge where it indicated there was a leak & was the reason our gas bill was so high! This could have been a disaster. We were so grateful they brought out a great crew, the Boss & the gas company to insure it was safe. This was our first time using them, & would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

This was my first experience with ABB. They arrived on time. Spent a couple hours taking care of all I needed (lots of little things) and were very courteous the entire time. Their prices were very reasonable. I will be calling them back for more things I needed.

Called them around noon today explaining that I had a pipe break in the lining of my mobile home. Lady was kind, and said she would get back to me and have someone out as soon as possible. So I sat and waited till 8pm when my husband got home. Not even a courtesy call to let me know nobody would be able to help me. Will never call them again

Came out and provided a quote on plumbing work. Promised to be here at 8:30AM at later date. Showed up at 8:20AM ready to work. Completed job promptly and professionally. Entire crew was professional and courteous. I am very pleased and would recommend ABB to everyone.

I have used them for years and loved them until now. I called to have a new toilet put in. The plumber comes in looks at it and says it have a broken flang. Then leaves. Calls me 15 minutes later and tells me to call another plumber. When I ask him why, he can't do it some else needs to. Then I call the office to see if they can give me a better answer about what is wrong and the guy tell he does not know he will have to talk to the plumber. He will get back to me. NO CALL! I will not use them again.

Called and left a message pertaining to a leak on water line at the meter coming to house. Received call next morning and Chad showed up within 30 minutes. Repaired the leak and put in a second cut off valve which is now required on lines at meter. I am very satisfied with the work and found Chad to be very professional.
