They fixed our old Central Air unit when it quit at the beginning of the cooling season. I needed them to come quickly because my wife is ill and the AC is essential to her wellbeing. I think it was Matt who came, diagnosed the issue. A part had to be ordered because it's an old system. Part came in as promised and a very courteous capable man whose name I can't remember installed the part with no fuss, buttoned up the unit and it works like new.
Have used them for plumbing work also and they have always done good work on time. Not cheap but who is in this area.

I am soo pleased with Abalene. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else after using them for the past several years. They are very reliable ,they come when they say they are going to be there and always on time. . They always fix whatever I need help with ,either my central air or my heating. I can't speak highly enough about all of the guys that work there, as well as the owners. I had a problem with my heating and I called them very early in the morning and they called me back within aa few minutes.They are very pleasant ,they get the work done and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them .

A plus for Abalene - A Great Local Family Business

I had a leak in the basement which I thought was coming from PVC joints underneath a tub in a bathroom in the first floor. I called Abalene and got an appointment within a week.

They showed up on schedule and Eric did an amazing job detecting the leak. It ended up being the drain assembly. He and an assistant installed a rubber washer in the drain to replace a haphazardly done plumbing job. Eric cleaned the drain meticulously and put a healthy amount of silicone on the fitting. They left the place spotless and were exceedingly affable professionals.

I had to wait at least 24 hrs before using the bathtub for the silicone to dry. I waited 72 just to be safe and two weeks later, still no leak.

I asked if there was a warranty program in the event that the tub started to leak again. Eric told me he's been doing this for 20 years and he hasn't got a call back yet for similar fixes. That was pleasantly reassuring.

I'd definitely recommend Abalene for any plumbing issues. They are friendly and reasonably priced as well. I may give them a call for installing a whole house water filtration system. If I do I'll make an update.

Abalene installed our new gas Rennai Hot Water and home heating set up. We could not be happier! Everyone from the ladies at the office (Janet, Teri, Alyssa), to the owners, Matt and Wayne, to the gentlemen who are at our home (Nick, Eric, Dylan), everyone is phenomenal! (Sorry if I missed anyone at Abalene, those are the only people I know so far). Super professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and treats you like you're family. Their work is impeccable, and they leave your home not only working like a well oiled (in our case, gassed) machine, but also like there isn't a trace that they were there! If there are any issues that arise, they make sure to fix the issue before they leave or will come back if an issue arose from the work done. Rest assured, they've got your back!

Being a "" person of my word"" its essential to state I expect others to be the same. I had 3 toilets replaced. The owners were extremely helpful friendly and honest. The company kept me informed every step of the way about the day and time of installation. The gentleman that came to install the toilets were courteous, clean and diligent. They put on shoe coverings and always kept their masks on. It was a pleasure doing business with this company

If you want an honest, knowledgeable and reliable service company. This is the ONE! On a chance I called Abalene plumbing when my A/c service contractor gave me the runaround. I was able to connect with Matt, he gave me an honest solution to my a/c troubles. He was able to secure a new a/c condenser, put me into the schedule two days later. The installers came to within the time period I was promised. They were neat, polite and very personable. I love that this company is local and family owned and run.

We had a leaky freestanding tub filler. We were very hesitant to get it fixed for fear of unreliable contractors (especially with plumbing). Well the leak kept getting worse and we called Abalene based upon a respectable referral. This is a very professional and reliable Plumbing and HVAC company. The Abalene office people coordinator with Delta to expedite the replacement part to ship overnight. Abalene was installing the part within a day of my call. The serviceman Sean was exceptional! He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and really showed an attitude of care and pride in doing a great job! He was also able to fix the backyard hose connection that was leaking (bonus). The price is more than fair but most importantly it was a job well done.

We plan to use Abalene for our upcoming AC annual maintenance service.

If you ever require plumbing HVAC work do not hesitate to call ABALENE! You will be very happy.

I received an estimate from this company on a conversion to gas. Had some questions and I have been calling them fir three days and Left numerous voice messages. I have not received a return call which has forced me to seek another company to help me. What would have happened if I did business with them and needed emergency help ? Do yourselves a favor and look for another company that can return calls and probably offer you reasonable service. Also the other quote I received because they couldn't help me were much more reasonable .
