I have not yet worked with this company yet, but I still would recommend it based on my personal impression of the owner, Anthony, whom I had the good fortune of meeting today at a plumbing store. I'm so grateful for the good advice I received that I feel compelled to write this review. Anthony helped me answer some questions I had about my bathroom remodeling design and spent considerable time educating me and helping me find practical solutions. He was most knowledgeable and kind. Also, the guys at the store knew him and enthusiastically recommended him. For sure, I will give him a call the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I called A&B Reliable because my drain from my house to the street was slowing up. They came the next day, two younger guys, with the boss showing up about 1 hour later. They seemed to be in a hurry, probably another job to get to. They told me that they did the best that they could do, charging me a hefty $385. Two days later my drain was completely stopped up. I tried calling them many times, no response was received. I had to do something to get my house in working order, so I rented a machine to try and rod the drain myself. It was hard work, but after 2 hours my wife and I , both 61 years old, did what these so called professionals couldn't do. We now have a working drain. After many attempts calling, the owner finally responded. He agreed to a $150 reimbursement. It's been over two weeks, and I have not received any reimbursement, and he will not answer any calls or text. We will see if he is a man of his word. I plan on bringing this matter up to local officials. I do believe in fighting back on this case. I firmly do not recommend this company for any work. I do recommend that they change their name to A&B Not Reliable.

Anthony responded to my request for a quote through Yelp quickly and was able to schedule me the next morning. He arrived within our appointment timeframe and was able to replace my old sump pump (removed old pump and valve and install new pump and valve). He made sure that the new pump worked and was not against the wall and made sure i knew the maintenance needed (or lack thereof in this case). I'm very happy with this experience.

The guy recommends over the phone a new garbage disposal even before finding out the current one I have is less than 2 months old. I was very surprised that he can fix a problem before knowing anything about it. So needless to say he did not get the work.

We had an issue with our sump pump, as it was overflowing into our back yard. Anthony and his partner came over, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got everything to work as it should. It was done quickly and efficiently. Anthony was great to work with, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
