This business is shady..... the gentleman that just answered the phone said they would not stand behind cleaning the drain earlier today after the plumber that cleaned it out earlier today said it was full of ""products"" not roots and now they are claiming it is roots that is not covered under the home warranty. Document all dealings with this company!!!!!
