Used this service provider for many years. Today our heat wasn't working and, while I was out at the office, my wife -who doesn't necessarily understand technology the way I do -- called him. When he came, it turned out the thermostat was switched to the wrong setting. He still charged us $160 for the service call. He lives locally, so he couldn't have driven more than 2 miles.

The right thing to do for an old customer is to give them a break. He didn't. Doesn't know how to treat his customers properly, and we will be looking for another plumbing service.

Not reliable at all and questionable practice. I made an appointment for heating checkup a month ago and even took the day off from work for this. But I got a call on the day and told they can't come. Reason was they are swamped. What a full of crap..
