I have had nothing but nice experiences with A&B- we moved into our home, which was built in the 40's 2 years ago after moving from NY. Little by little there have been typical issues with our plumbing, and they always come in a timely fashion, clean up after themselves, and have never once made me like I was being taken advantage of.

I give A&B Plumbing and heating a great review i couldnt get the pilot lit on my hot water heater i called A&B Plumbing and heating Bobby called me back immediately and talked me through it over the phone he was extremely helpful and patient.and even called me back to make sure i had hot water . i will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future and will definitely recommend his company to everyone i know.

This guy was recommended by someone else to come and fix the toilet tanks in my office. He was a bit short tempered when he first walked in the office.
He was here to fix 2 toilets that were frequently running. He finished and charged me $192.00.
1 of those toilets had been flushing with no problem prior to him touching it. After he worked on that toilet, it is now barely flushing.
I called him to discuss it. He told me ""it""s a Home Depot toilet and needs Home Depot parts"". And doesn't seem the least bit surprised that it doesn't work.
Why didn't he tell me this before he left?
He becomes irate. He says ""now I have to go to Home Depot to get parts!"".
I told him I would review him poorly on yelp, and he yells ""I don't care!""
Bottom line, I don't think this guy is unskilled but he certainly could care less that your plumbing works before he charges you. Do not use him. There are many others that actually take pride in their work.
