Called at 8:30am in the morning about a clogged floor drain (1950's house). Call returned at 9:15am by a plumber and was scheduled for that afternoon. Drain lid was rusted shut and had to be cut off. Cleanout plug also was stuck and had to be cut out. Drain was snaked and done in under 1hr.
