I called Three different waterproofing companies when I realized I had an issue with my newly purchased house's basement.

Jason came to my house, performed a thorough inspection and provided me with a few different options. He also answered quite a few questions from both myself and my wife without pressuring us to move forward with one.

After I had two additional companies provide me estimates, I decided to go with AB Drain. I was impressed with the multiple options and Jason's time he spent to educate my wife/myself. As far as cost estimates - he was a shade above the least expensive.

He started within a week of signing a contract and completed the job in approx a week. He was on site for almost the entire duration. The end result met the expectations he set forth with the option I chose.

Overall, I was impressed with how quickly he grasped the issues, the options he provided to fix these issues, the cost, the cleanup and delivery. He also provided a guarantee for his work. He even stopped back to my house to answer a few questions after I paid him. On a Sunday.

In this day and age of questionable contractors, I highly recommend AB Drain.

I placed two or three calls to Jason to try and get him to correct a drain he installed earlier this year and have not had a return call. The receipt says his work is guaranteed.

message left my dry well is bubbling up in the backyard and the line is gurgling back into the basement.

I'm hoping this will get some attention and Jason will make his 11,000.00 plus job good.

I never leave reviews but this time I felt I should share my story as it's the least I can do to show my gratitude for the saving grace Jason and his workers provided. I am a single father of 3 and bought my first home 6 years ago after saving for my entire life. I got it inspected and it passed with flying colors. After the first rain, I noticed the walls were leaking BAD through cracks that were simply covered up by thick paint. My basement floor was a mini pool every time it rained. I was so upset but the worst part is I called every basement waterproofing company I could find. I got prices ranging from 35,000 to 13,000!!!! Each company gave me the same sales pitch but I connected with one company AB Drain and Construction and it's owner Jason. He took the time to explain everything I needed done and also why the route he recommended was the most effective. His price allowed me to afford to have the basement waterproofed without signing my life away and being in debt for as long as I live on a house I just spent my life savings on only a few months earlier! He did exactly what he promised. After one week of hard (loud lol) work they were done with the basement waterproofing and the next storm followed within one week. I was so nervous but not ONE DROP of water was on my basement floor! I must say how through his company I was able to get this major issue solved for an affordable price Because I could never have afforded 35,000!!!!! I am in the process of finishing my basement for my kids to have their own area to play (and a man cave for myself). I just wanted to share this story with you guys and give my stamp of approval for these guys! Money well spent to say the least!!! Stay safe all!!!

Jason was great, the problem was my backyard was unusable due to clay composition and a backyard that had been packed down by an excavator. Jason planned on solving the drainage issues by installing French drains. We had torrential rains while he worked and he was out there rain or shine getting the job done. Unfortunately, it's now August (the job was in April) and my backyard is still wet. The drain he ran to the street works but the pipe is installed too low and water backs up into it and also a piece of concrete he's let settle on the street obstructs the flow of water down the street. He was a great guy but for the amount of money we spent I'd expect flawless execution and we did not receive anything close to that. He also stated he'd be back to plant grass free of charge and to level the back yard but unfortunately he hasn't returned text messages to do so.
