On 24 Mar 2023, I had another Plumbing Company come to my house to try to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Over 3 hours later, 2 different sizes of snacks, and failed attempts at putting cameras down the pipe, they said I had a collapsed pipe and they would have to reroute through the bathroom. They would be back on 1 Apr to assess the plan, but possibly up to $10K.

Last night I am walking through the neighborhood, and see Aarow Plumbing at a home, and start talking with the plumbers. They were so willing to offer advice, suggestions, and offered to take a look. I called this morning, they came out within a couple of hours, and my clog was fixed within 5 minutes - honestly!! They saved me thousands of dollars, hours I would spend missing work, and ripping up my floors/cement slabs.

AJ, Robert, and every single person I talked to at this family owned plumbing compancy were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. AJ gave me tips on maintaining my pipes, and what to do if I have another clog like that one.

They are the only plumbing company I will use.

I was trying to drain and flush my hot water heater and because of my in experience in plumbing, lack of being able to understand simple instructions and not realizing my age now prevents me from doing these things, the heater became too dangerous for me to continue. I called Aarow and Rocky sent A.J. to bail me out. A.J. was extremely polite and was highly professional in finishing my mistakes with absolutely nothing but complements for what I had accomplished so far. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT AaROW IS AWSOME WHEN IT COMES TO PLUMBING AND CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION. until Aarow came we had no hot water.

They guarantee their work for a mere 10 days.
My toilet broke. They ""fixed"" it, but it did not last. It was less than a month later, but they said that they only guarantee their work for 10 days. AND it took them 48 hours to call me back to deliver the bad news.

Aarow Plumbing did the replumb of my townhouse. They had some trouble snaking the piping through the ceiling but stuck with it. They completed it in 2 1/2 days at a very reasonable price. They also installed a new water heater for me in less than 2 hours. Plumbing Techs were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I think the local plumbers have some kind of a pact going or something. Everywhere I called quoted a couple grand to lay a gas line. Not even a long one. My dad dug the ditch which reduced the quote in half. However, that is still over 4 times the average work rate. So they did this back in the beginning of August. I finally got the invoice 2 days ago. Not only is it not signed by anyone, because I am stationed in CA and my dad was there for it, but there's a line about placing a lien on the property if it isn't paid in 20 days. I called yesterday to find they were already closed. I call again today, earlier, and they all went home early. I left a message with them yesterday to call back and received nothing. These people are scammers. Stay away.

I would recommend this plumbing company for any plumbing problems. We have had them come out a couple of times to repair things. Rocky is great. A very professional, but friendly guy. Rates were very reasonable. The last time we had to change out our water heater and got very good, quick service.
