First of all let me preface this with the fact I'm a single, senior citizen woman who pays dearly for someone else to fix things around my house. I contacted Aaron's to fix a seized up washer connection hose and needed that repaired/replaced for my new washer hoses. I also wanted my new dryer set up with electric cord and vent. The service man that came to the house sprayed some chemical on my seized up hose and it came right off. Took all of 5 minutes to replace the new hoses. He had the dryer done in about 10 minutes. Paid him $350 for 15 minutes of work. Put load of clothes in to dry and felt heat coming from behind. Unbeknownst to me, my dryer vent hose had holes all over in it, it had also come unattached from back of dryer and the electrical outlet that the dryer connected to was just hanging on the wall. This service man never said a word about either of these possible fire hazards. Had I not felt heat, I wouldn't have pulled it out myself to investigate. If my vent was bad, he should have told me I needed a new one. Now I have another expense to contact an electrician (which is expected due to box) , but guess who has to do the repairs to the vent after paying $350!?? I could have done a better job myself! Absolute waste of money.

Contacted Arron's based on evaluations here. Had a condensation issue with my air conditioner and had my drainage system rerouted. The Service folks came up with a good idea to solve future flooding issues. They also checked out my complete air conditioning/heating system. No attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. This Company will be the one I reach out for in the future.

My air conditioning was on the fritz and I spoke with Ashley at Aarons Service and she was able to schedule me in for the end of the week, which I understood because it's August, peak season. But then Ashley called back and said she was able to move things around and get me scheduled for the very next day!! I was so grateful because I have MS and I'm heat intolerant.
The techs call 30 minutes before arriving and they always arrived on time. They were very friendly and super efficient. I couldn't be happier with their service and I highly recommend Aarons Service if you have any air conditioning needs!

Simply put, they got the job done. Their communication was great from beginning to end. We needed residential plumbing work done to replace a leaking pipe. After the work was done, they tidied up well! There's a 5% service fee for using cards. Consider using another form of payment if it's a big job.

I submitted some details via yelp, and I had an appointment scheduled in less than 30 minutes for the following day--even during the coronavirus shutdown.

Quinton was super courteous and took his shoes off without me asking and kept the floors and bathroom tidy. He addressed my troublesome drain quickly and performed a quick check on another drain to make sure my bathroom was in fighting shape.

Tracy was prompt and polite while solving our clog problem on a Sunday morning, and diligently cleaned up after his work. He also performed an unsolicited safety check on our water heater and tightened a dripping water main connection at no extra charge. I feel confident in recommending Aaron's Services, LLC to others, and plan to use the company for our future plumbing needs.

I called on an ""emergency"" problem with our water pressure after I had botched my efforts to try to fix the problem on my own. Aaron's was fast and worked with me by using some of the parts I had purchased to complete the repairs in the most cost effective manner possible. After fixing the plumbing he inspected and cleaned all of our faucets out to make sure our was water service working properly. I thought the charge was well within reason especially given last minute weekend time frame. Super courteous service and everything was well explained professionally completed, I highly recommend Aaron's and they are first on my list for any future plumbing or HVAC work I might need.

Terrible company, not only did they overcharge me and abandon the original price quotes, they left my home tracked with filth and I am now missing some personal belongings. Do not let these thieves into your home!



Update: In response to the owner asking me to remove my post. I live in missouri, work in Overland Park. I was unfortunate enough to use your company on 7/09/17 and strongly advise anyone to stay away!!!

Tracy, Scott and their office staff were amazing getting us cooled off when no one else would help during the hottest days of the year. Tracy and Scott were here on a Sunday and again the very next night after regular business hours to fix a manufacturer issue. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, charged the price they said they would, explained processes and equipment and were just pleasant to talk to.
