Woah. Gotta love Aaron's plumbing in GR. What a joke. Super unprofessional. Insurance fraud? Criminal activity? My house was flooding and I asked them their professional opinions which they failed to give me, I asked them what they steps would be which they could not say, I asked them for a quote, and they just ignored, ignored and ignored? I'm not really sure what their talk consisted of after looking at the damage to my basement, but clearly they couldn't communicate to me about it. Unprofessionalism and laziness at its finest. the first and last time I'll deal with them. glad I went to back to Aspen Mountain, no games, no gimmicks, no unprofessionalism of any kind. A quote, report and assistance within less than a few hours of being here. Strange. The owner , as you all can see, very clearly stated that ""the water damage was undetermined"", so riddle me this... If it was undetermined then why aren't you guys, the plumbers doing your jobs to determine the issue??? I'm not a plumber that's why I called you! Pathetic, but yes let's blame the customer for asking questions, right? Sounds like a classic case of the owner wanting money upfront and not wanting to have to deal with an insurance company, but yeah, I'm the criminal.
