I had the need for a plumber at noon on Saturday. Called several in the listings but all were busy, I called Aaron's and he sent a man within the hour. He did a wonderful job of repairing a very difficult access and did it quickly. Everybody feels vulnerable when they deal with a profession and a company they know nothing about. The did a very professional job, timely and certainly economically. Would hole heartedly recommend Aaron's Plumbing.

Had a small leak in my apartment, Willy punched 9 holes in my walls to find out later that the leak was in the first hole. He was filthy and unprofessional, no care for any of my belongings. Continued to make mistakes and continued to charge for them, perhaps that was the point. Then we had to get all the drywall replaced and painting done. Cost thousands more than it should have. Save yourself a ton of money and call someone else.

I got Aaron's Plumbing from a friend who used him 2 or 3 times.
When I called him, the guy was rude and short in his answers. I asked him if I could just send him a text with the info but he didn't want to. I told him about the repair to be done (sink faucet to be changed), and asked him if he can come to check it out to figure what has to be done. So I gave him my phone number and address. We decided for a time he should show up as well, and I repeated the time twice with him.
Finally the guy never showed up, did not bother to call me to say he could not. He never called back either to apologize and reschedule.
Don't use this company, they're unprofessional and will just waste your time.

I have been using Aaron's plumbing for over five years and highly recommend them. I live in a very old house and unfortunately have to call a plumber pretty often. They always come out the same day and will stay until the job is complete. They have fixed major plumbing problems and small projects for me and always provide consistent friendly service, no matter how much they will be making for doing the job. They clean up their mess which means a lot to me after having used other plumbers before finding Aaron's and they left a huge mess for me to clean up after charging a fortune for mediocre service! I like the fact that it is a family business and I see a familiar face when I need service rather than having a stranger in my home each time. I have referred several of my friends to them and they have been please with the service also.

Gilbert was fast and friendly, needed my jet tub fixed and he knew exactly what he was doing. Came on a short notice and got the job done in a timely fashion. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.

Found Arron's Plumbing after an exhaustive and extensive search on Craigslist! Hahaha, actually it was the first name to pop up, and since no one I knew had any references... maybe I wouldn't have called if I read all these reviews, but I might have missed out on a really good experience also.
This wasn't an emergency or anything, but Gilbert said he could send someone within a couple of hours. A young man named Marc showed up, and after assessing my problem said it would be costly to replace my 30 year old system. But Marc said to give him a chance to see if he could find a replacement part. I wasn't very optimistic because I've also researched the part and all the big box stores said that the part was discontinued. No one on eBay nor Amazon or the InterWeb could help. So to my amazement, Marc found a replacement part after sitting in his work van and calling everyone for two hours searching. Pretty impressive for a youngster now a days. And his persistence saved me what could have been a $800+ job with all the ripping and tearing... Instead the part only cost me $65 and the work time. (Hint: not even close to the other cost)
So I might not have called Arron's if I read the reviews first, but I'm glad I did. So thanks Gilbert and Marc!

I should have checked the BBB first where he had an F rating.
Went to get a part and never came back that day.
Their van had about 2 feet of nothing but junk parts all piled up so they couldn't even find tools.
Called Gilbert and he's home watching TV.

Some of my toilets would make a gulping noise you flushed them. Because we had just had a big rainstorm, we were concerned that something got into the pipes and was blocking the drainage. A friend at work recommended her plumber, Gilbert, who had been doing work at their house and she and her husband trusted him. I gave her my number and Gilbert contacted me and said he would be out the next day for a free estimate.
The next day, it wasn't Gilbert who showed up. The gentleman who showed up spent a few minutes assessing the problem and said that he didn't think there was anything wrong with our pipes, just that our toilets were old. I'm thinking "great, I'll just call Gilbert back and see how much it would cost us to have them replace our two toilets." However, on his way out, the gentleman says "well, can I get something, like $35, for coming all the way out here then?" I was totally surprised by this. My husband just briefly shook his head and said "sure..." However, we didn't have cash on us so I asked him if he would take a check. He said yes but don't make it out to anyone, just to leave that "pay to" part blank.
While I appreciate his honesty (if indeed it is just that our toilets are old), the person that showed up acted very unprofessional. Not a proper way to conduct business. We are going to look for another company to replace our toilets. Totally shortsighted, they just lost a customer and any future referrals.

They came right away for my emergency. They dug a giant hole in the ground and fixed the leak. It was hard work, they spent a lot of time, and the cost was very reasonable for such an extended time. They might not have a shiny truck, but they got the job done.

Within a week, the little dripping leak turned into a bucket of water per hour. Luckily, I had held all the old and unused parts from the repair. Looking at them, we found extra springs. My husband removed the cartridge and found that the plumber had left new pieces that he purchased out of the reassembly. He put them in, and now we have no leak!
Would have called them back on this, but both the plumber and receipt said no guarantee. He thought the whole valve would need replaced if his repair didn't work and that would mean ripping out the whole tile wall. So glad I didn't give them a call back.
