I have never been one to write a bad review, but the customer service was terrible! Patty talked to me like I was a child, continually referring to me as ""honey"" and ""sweetheart"". Normally this would not bother me, but when I started to get slightly frustrated that the service man was almost an hour late, she did not apologize and instead insisted I should deal with it.
