So far, Aaron's Plumbing has been a great add to my list of plumbers to use in the future. They recently came out to my house to give me an estimate on the plumbing that was required for my main pipe from the second floor all the way down to the basement. It's a heavy iron pipe that was put in in 1918, when my house was built, it has a hairline crack in it. It will be costly to get this one replaced with PVC piping. They took the time to discuss it with me, wrote me out an estimate at the time they were here, so I have something to refer to, we're in the ballpark, figures quoted by others and we're also thorough on explaining the costs, and what to expect. Since this is just a preliminary estimate, I am not going to hold them to anything as we all know those change once you get into the big jobs, but I am sure they know what they're doing as I feel comfortable with that. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, which is a highpoint for me. Their reviews are good from past customers. Aarons plumbing representative said showed up today were courteous, on time and respectful of my requests while I was describing the desires of my future project. I hope to continue working with this company, but I am accruing more estimates as I go on in my project. I always do my research and I know I can count on them to give me. Cheerful and competent, very prompt, reasonably priced. Technicians Adam and Tyler took care of a kitchen sink drip and then a fridge leak. Both times they made sure things were in working order and cleaned up excess water. This is an older house, and they were patient with its oddities. They have taken good care of my plumbing needs, and I appreciate it. Definitely will call again -- though I hope I won't have to!
