This company is horrible please don't waste your time and money! AHS sent Aaron's Plumbing & Heating to my home after I put in a service request for our bathtub drain clog. Daniel and Johnny came out, they attempted to unclog the drain with a couple of tools they had brought but still wasn't able to unclog the drain stating that the pipeline was rusted and corroded. What a lame excuse for not being competent enough to do the job! I called AHS and complained because they didn't unclog the drain, the water still drains very slow and we paid $100 for nothing. They sent another service request to Aaron's Plumbing and Patty called me to schedule the appointment which is a 3-hour window and they neither called or showed up. And to make matters worse when I called to see why they didn't call or show no one answered the phone! This company is the worst, incompetent, unreliable and has no integrity. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, please don't use them because they shouldn't be in business the way they treat customers who depend on them good plumbing service.

I submitted a claim through American Home Shield and received a call from Patty for an appointment the next day. She was very friendly and accommodating. I received a call from Johnny prior to his arrival and he showed up exactly when he stated he would. I had Johnny and Brandon work on my issue, and they were excellent. Both were very professional, explained the issues, and verified their fix. I would recommend them.

Home Shield has sent this horrible company to my home twice and the plumber is an older lazy man. 1st time he put my husband to work then lied about needed repairs . 2nd time he couldn't complete the job. Reported him for bad attitude/adversarial..no follow up 1 week later. Beware of this company.

This company is fraudulent. I was put in touch with them through my home warranty company. Not only were they incredibly difficult to get a hold of, they failed to show up to appointments, did not communicate they would not be available until after the appointment window had passed, and once they finally did show up, gave false information. On numerous accounts, the plumber who came to my house told me one thing (namely, that the issue he saw would be covered by my warranty), and then told the warranty company something different (that there was a different issue altogether). They proceeded to bill me for services that they did not provide. I attempted to contact them to discuss this, and could never get through. At one point I finally got through to an answering service who assured me my message would get passed through, yet I never heard back. There are a number of fantastic plumbers out there, this is not one of them.

Unfortunately, Yelp didn't exist when Aaron sent his son to install a bathroom sink faucet several years ago. I don't know what he did but water was leaking from the sink and ruined the bathroom ceiling downstairs. Don't let these folks in your home -- you'll be sorry.

This company is the PITS!!!!!! Whatever you do, don.t call them! They will come out and attempt to fix your problem. I had them come out to rod my main line. They did it and the very next day I had water all over the floor and toilets backing up. What a mess!! I called them back and told them that I had an emergency and needed someone to comeback and repair the problem. The 24 month warranty is a joke!!! No one ever returned my call or came back out. As far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of crooks! They just don't wear masks.

I had them come out to rod my main line 3 times in the past 3 years. Last Friday I had them rod the kitchen sink. Typically the owner himself comes out. This time he sent his son Sean. He said it was all cleared I asked him the price he said $100 I asked about the coupon on their website for $25 off he said he automatically included it in the price. Once he left I began to wash a few dishes and went downstairs to my bathroom and there was water all over the floor. Proceeded to go into the laundry room there was water coming from the walls where the pipe that was rodded runs. Began calling the company Friday evening finally got a call back Saturday from someone in the office stating Sean would be out at 3pm. He never showed. I continued to call finally got a call from the owner asking if he showed when I said no he stated ""he could have called"" and said he would give me a call back. I've not heard from them again and have left several messages from myself, my wife and my mother. Nothing! So now I have to pay someone to come out and give an estimate. Worst experience I've had with any company I've dealt with.

.They scheduled me for 9-11 and came about at about 11:30. I called twice during that time to see if they were still planning to come. They fixed my toilet, which I'm most grateful for.
